I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. I AM COMPLETELY FED UP WITH THIS LOCATION. I LIVE NOT EVEN TWO BLOCKS FROM THIS STORE BUT YET FIND MYSELF GOING TO LOCATIONS FURTHER AWAY JUST TO AVOID THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPITANT EMPLOYEES. EVERY TIME I VISIT THIS LOCATION, I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES, AS WELL AS MY ORDERS ARE NEVER, EVER CORRECT. YESTERDAY EVENING BEING ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE TIMES. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THIS STORE, I BEGAIN TO ORDER MY FOOD. I TOLD THE YOUNG MAN AT THE DRIVE THROUGH I WANTE THE CLUB CHICKEN SANDWICH AND THAT I HAD A BUY ONE GET ONE FREE COUPON. HE THEN ASK, "SO YOU WANT TWO CHICKEN SANDWICHES"? I SAID YES BUT THAT (AGAIN) I HAD A COUPON. I THEN PROCEDED WITH THE REST OF MY ORDER. I THEN ORDERED TWO HAPPY MEALS, ONE BEING A 4 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGET, FOR A BOY, WITH HI-C FOR THE DRINK, AND A CHEESEBURGER HAPPY MEAL, KETCHUP ONLY, FOR A BOY WITH HI-C AS WELL. AND A LARGE SWEET TEA WITH LIGHT ICE.(MY EXACT WORDS)HE TOLD ME THE TOTAL, WHICH DIDNT INCLUDE THE FACT THAT I HAD A COUPON, WHICH I HAD ALREADY MENTIONED TWICE NOW, I WASNT CONCERNED AT THIS POINT SINCE I FIGURED HE NEEDED TO SEE IT BEFOR TAKING OFF THE OTHER(FREE)SANDWICH. I GET TO THE WINDOW, HE NEVER ASK FOR THE COUPON AND TELLS ME THE TOTAL AGAIN, I TOLD HIM NO THATS NOT RIGHT , I TOLD YOU I HAD A COUPON FOR THE OTHER CHICKEN SANDWICH. I GAVE HIM THE COUPON, HE DISAPEERED FOR A FEW MINUTES AND RETURNED WITH SOMEONE WHO FINNALLY TOOK THE COUPON TOTAL OFF. I DRIVE TO THE NEXT WINDOW, I WAS THEN ASKED BY A DIFFRENT EMPLOYEE IF I NEEDED A DRINK CARRIER, I SAID IT WASNT NESSISARY. HE PROCEEDED TO HAND ME MY DRINKS, FIRST A HAPPY MEAL DRINK THEN MY TEA, WHICH I NOTICED WAS ABOUT 3/4 FULL, THEN A MEDIUM DRINK TO WHICH I ASKED HIM WHAT THAT DRINK WAS. HE SAID YOU HAD...AND STARTED TELLING ME I HAD ORDERED A MEDIUM HI-C "AS WELL". I TOLLD HIM THATS NOT MINE I DID NOT ORDER A MEDIUM DRINK AT ALL, THAT ALL I SHOULD HAVE IS THE TWO HAPPY MEAL DRINKS AND MY TEA, WHICH WSNT FULL AND HANDED BACK TO HIM TO FILL IT UP APPROPRIATELY.HE APPOLIGUISED AND TOOK THE MEDIUM DRINK BACK, AND FILLED UP MY TEA, WHILE I WS LOOKING AT MY REICEPT WHICH I DISCOVER I HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR AND BROUGHT IT TO THIER ATTENTION. HE AGAIN SAID HE WAS SORRY ABOUT THAT AND STOOD THERE, PUZZLED. I STARED BACK AND HE ASKED IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE, I SAID YES, HOW ABOUT THE MONEY BACK FOR THE DRINK YOU CHARGED ME FOR, I DIDNT ORDER AND GAVE YOU BACK. HE DISAPPERED FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN SOMONE ELSE RETURNED WITH MY REFUND. I GET HOME WITH WHAT I FELT WAS NOW WHAT I HAD ACCTUALLY ORDERED JUST TO DISCOVER THE "CHEESEBURGER" HAPPY MEAL I GOT, HAD NO CHEESE. I WAS CHARGED FOR A CHEESEBURGER. NOW AT THIS LOCATION ALONE, TO INCLUDE WHAT I HAVE JUST TOLD YOU ABOUT, THE ITEM I ORDERED BUT NOT THE WAY I HAVE ORDERED IT, I HAVE GOTTEN TES THAT TASTED LIKE COFFEE, TWICE MY KIDS HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE TOY IN THERE HAPPY MEAL, AND I HAVE GOTTEN HOME TO DISCOVER I DIDNT GET THE FOOD I ORDERED AT ALL. I HAVE CALLED BEFORE AND ALL THEY DID WAS APPOLIGUISE AND NEVER OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. LAST NIGHT WHEN I CALLED, AND I CALLED TWICE, THE PHONE WAS PICKED UP AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING AND WAS HUNG UP, THE SECOND TIME IT RANG FOR OVER 7 MINUTES AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I DONT EXPECT TO GET COMPENSATED FOR THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED. I DO HOWEVER, TO INCLUDE THIS COMPLAINT, WILL BE CONTACTING MC DONALDS CORPERATE HEADQUARTERS, AS WELL AS THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU IN THE HOPES THAT MAYBE SOME NEW MANAGEMENT WILL TURN THIS LOCATION AROUND. I HAVE WORKED FOOD SERVICE, AND HAD I EVER SHOWN THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I HAVE BEEN SHOWN HERE TO ANY OF OUR ESTABLISHMENTS CUSTOMERS, I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD A JOB. I HOPE MY CONCERNS WILL REACH SOMEONE INTELLIGANT, AND THAT I DONT HAVE TO SEND A SECOND "DUMBED DOWN" VERSION OF THIS COMPLAINT TO GET THROUGH TO YOU AS TO HOW HORRIBLE THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS. Read moreOvernight staff is a joke. I am not sure of the hispanic ladies name but Joyce is one of the rude ones. I have gad 3 bad experience just this last week and a half. I can imagine what others are dealing with. Incident 1_ headed to work for my morning coffee at 4 am. They are supposed to be 24 hours. I politely set at the intercom for 3 to 5 minutes until someone said "what do you need" while another lady cut her off and said "no...we'll be right with you" I then said ok and waited another 5 minutes said hello a couple times and nothing. At this point I had no choice but to leave. I pulled up to wobdow no one in sight so I left.
Incident 2_ Never gone in here to eat but figured id take my kids in to eat. First the kiosk is cool i guess if you have no kids on your hip :-) but I did so it was just a pain but that's not my complaint. I entered my order and turned to pay at register. We set down and waited i went up 2 times to check on my food. Took a few minutes longer then expected which was ok. Being a manager I know things happen and things back up. I ordered a frappe with espresso in it and I went to retrieve my food and they said they would bring out the frappe.... 10 minutes later nothing. I went back up there and a man told me they were working on it now they would bring it out. Another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. Finally I took my receipt and told them that i had been told multiple times it was being made and finally recieved it. From 1136 to 1157 was the time frame on 10/23 this afternoon
Incident 3- 11:45 or so I go to get milk and there is 2 people in line ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes and the first truck drove off because of no answer. Second truck set there and waited while someone honked. Over the intercom the lady said I don't know why yall are honking and proceded to take the order. Finally we were able to order our chocolate milk. Then asked the lady for her name after we recieved our milk and she said joyce and shut the window.
These things may seem minor but ny family visits this McDonald's often for things. Sometimes big orders sometimes just drinks but we are paying customers. We are not rude when we go but everytime it just seems like a big hassle. There is a few woman there that are actually really sweet but you never know who you are gonna get. Its almost not even worth...
Read moreI am partially convinced the only reason this place is open still is because it's the only thing open in the neighborhood 11pm-4am and they suck less than Jack in the Box. It is a bad place to eat, even by golden arches standards. It's been remodeled, but it's still dirty inside and out. There are many employees, including management personnel at this particular location that cannot understand English. This creates a lot of headaches when ordering food or trying to correct a problem with your order. If you order regular menu items it's fine, but if you change the menu item in any way it more often than not comes out wrong or just plain bad, like having the extra cheese uncooked on a cheeseburger, an unrequested GRILLED McChicken (how??), or so little of the sauce you paid extra for that you really can't acknowledge it's existence or contribution to the food. You may even get an entirely different sandwich from what you ordered, and it will still look absolutely atrocious as if it was made with no effort at all. All in all, waste the extra time, go down the street, and eat at the McDonald's on Beach and HWY 121. It's less than 5 minutes away and is a remarkably better location. You'll thank this local...
