Parkside Grill — Restaurant in Richland Township

This place has the absolute best pizza in the entire area the toppings are high-quality plenty of cheese the crust is amazing and the sauce has a very pleasant flavor in my opinion they put all the other dedicated pizza shops to shame if you've not tried their Pizza you definitely should. Mineo's and a Aiello's cannot hold a candle to the Parkside Grill Pizza. My last order which was a large two-topping pizza and a large salad with extra dressing with less than $30. The rest of their food is excellent the prices are super reasonable and the service is at a leisurely pace if you're looking to move through a cattle stall drive through having food in hand in 5 minutes and eating as you're driving your car away sounds like you're better choice would be McDonald's please don't come here and Rush the staff they do everything so well they don't need that pressure that is not what this place is about it's about relaxing and enjoying your time in a comfortable atmosphere while you wait for quality food at wonderful prices if you want it in 5 minutes you're not the right customer. The food is a Perfect Blend between home cooked with a comfortable restaurant atmosphere. Out of the five days a week that they are open I often eat here three of those days the only reason I wouldn't was because I just couldn't make it there Amazing amazing...

Food was good! Service was very very very slow. The bartender was trying to service the entire restaurant single handedly. We were told a server called off and a new cook started that night. So the owner was trying to train and manage the kitchen. The biggest issue was they were taking phone orders for takeout while the people in the restaurant waited. I witnessed almost all the tables with people waiting and going unattended. Due to the bartender focused on getting orders into the computer system or trying to checkout take out orders waiting at door. They need to prioritize their customers inside the restaurant and tell people calling in sorry we are not able to provide takeout service this evening due to being under staffed. My group was seated at 6pm, and was asked about drinks, received our 1st drinks at 6:30, took our food order at 6:45, had to get up from the table to ask for drink refills at 7:15, food finally arrived, 7:50pm (all almost two hours after we were seated). I feel sorry for this restaurant owner and many others having staffing issues. But, they need to be smarter and adapt when all their tables are full of people waiting to spend money on food and drinks and can't even get served while they scrambled to fill takeout orders with people standing around the entry way for extended period...

Two employees called off work so the owners were scrambling to fill drink and food orders which is why 'Service' was given 4stars. I had two hours for dinner and didn't mind waiting a little longer than usual for my beverage order and dinner to arrive. Dinner was delicious and worth the wait. The chicken wings were very meaty, the side salad was full of green lettuce, and the onion rings were tasty. I was told the salad dressing was homemade (the Italian dressing was delicious). They were out of the pulled pork and one of the customers mentioned to me that many people eat there because of the pulled pork. I wasn't able to see what beers were on tap from where I was sitting but it looked like there were a lot of choices when I first walked by the bar. I chose to order a couple cocktails instead.
