Virgin Flooring — Local services in Richland Township

I just had my Coretec and carpeting installed and I love it. These guys are the best! They are a family owned business and they actually care about their work. I looked in Home Depot but when no-one would help me at the flooring area, I knew I was done with big box stores. Chris and his brother Dan are true professionals . They left everything clean and put all the furniture back in place. Easiest clean up I ever had after having work done at my place. I didn't even have to sweep the garage!. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done.

The day I went to pick my product at the store, I was overwhelmed by all the choice's. Kathie was a huge help, she was so patient ,and she had Chris bring some samples over to my house so I could get a better idea of how they would look. Chris then helped me narrow down those chooses. They were perfect. I had a little trouble with the refrigerator not allowing my dishwasher to close.I had previously had trouble with it when it was initially installed. Chris came over the same day I texted him, on his day off (Friday after Thanksgiving) and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Few people would've done that , I would've had to wait weeks for a repair person . I noticed that Chris and Dan where not only very respectful of their customer, but also their employee's. Shows True...

Sorry, but we had a terrible experience with Virgin Flooring. In the summer of 2019 our contractor hired them to install carpeting on the second floor of our newly renovated house. The job was not done correctly - as per their admission, the carpet needed a power stretcher to be installed properly. With this improper installation, the carpet immediately started bunching and buckling in all three rooms upstairs. When they did send someone to inspect/fix, the employee was incredibly rude, having the nerve to try and berate my wife and I for not having the furniture moved before he arrived (they never told us to do that). Then, as this was during the height of COVID, the employee comes back into our house without a mask copping an attitude. I told him to leave our house, that we did not need his attitude. The owner came back with promises to “make it right”. Well, it’s now two years since they installed the carpet (which is now ruined from the bunching), and they apparently have washed their hands of the situation. Lousy service…rude employees…and an unwillingness to stand...

Five stars! Called Chris based on a very impactful billboard that caught my eye. Have you ever had a good feeling about something or someone? We did and it paid off. Chris called me back immediately and arranged an estimate the following day. The quote was fair, reasonable and competitive with others we had gotten. We avoid "big box" stores for the very reason Chris and Dan own their business; its their name and their business and THEY do the labor and see the job through. They were on time, efficient, clean and the craftsmanship was excellent. He suggested (I'd never even entertained the idea) of a "staggered" pattern for the tile that was installed in our entryway. What a difference, it went from typical to rich looking. We threw in a change mid job to replace the baseboard, 'no problem we do that." Of course you do. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris & Dan for your next flooring job and will certainly call them back for any future flooring needs we have.
