Nice place and nice food. I've only been 2ice. But the last time I went i got into an argument with a older man who was being racist against my friend that was doing karaoke. I told him to get away from me before I pepper spray him. I mentioned it to the staff, and they told me that he's a regular and comes there really drunk a lot. But if he says anything else to us to let them know about it and they'll handle the situation. I'm giving this place 2 stars because I felt like they didn't handle it correctly. The man was saying racist slurs about my friend singing and the people that I was with. It made all of us feel really uncomfortable knowing that he was just a few feet away and at any moment could've said or done something else to cause the situation to escalate further. I am so impressed with Patty Flemings. I took my elderly grandmother here for 6pm Friday night dinner. This place was packed and busy as can be. When we walked in, the hostess was so friendly, polite, and accommodating to quickly sit me and my grandmother down at a table. Our waiter also was very very helpful with being patient and helped walk her through the menu on deciding what to get as well as any other questions she had. The food was excellent but I gotta say the service topped it all. I was so impressed with the helpfulness of this staff with their respect for the elderly. My husband and I ate here with our friends over the weekend. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They didn't have enough wings for our orders so they gave us some chicken tenders and money off our bill. The only problem was they had us ordering 18 wings when we only ordered 12 so they would have had enough had they not made that mistake. Also, there wasn't any sauce on any of our burgers that were supposed to come with a horseradish sauce and honey mustard on mine.
