Wawa — Restaurant in Richland Township

This wawa is absolutely horrible. The bathroom is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen, this is including many hole in the wall truck stops I've visited. The general store is unclean and constant advertisement signs in the middle of the floor causing tripping hazards. The drink coolers and shelves are never stocked at any point of the day or any particular day of the week. Constantly a line for checkout that is 10-20 customers long with one person struggling to check out every individual. The deli here is so bad and consistently that I refuse to buy anything here and tell others not to as well. Wrong orders every time, slow pick up times even with 4 employees standing around. Miss gauges-in-her-ears needs to lose her attitude. This is the 2nd time she's had this passive aggressive "thanks you too" when i leave, as if i'm legally obligated to say "have a good day" to her. Some people just aren't talkative. I'm not good with the "have a good day" stuff. Not because i don't want to say it, but because i'm just not good at it. I end up flubbing the sentence or taking too long to say it or something.

But this "manager" seems to think you are obligated to respond to her. If you don't, she'll still say "thanks you too" behind your back in a rude tone of voice. This has happened twice.

She needs to lose...

I visit this location every day and have the same order. 2 shots of espresso. The service at this wawa is amazing. I'm not sure everyones name, but everyone makes you feel at home, even with a full store. One name that sticks out is Charles. Great personality and fast. Has my drink ready most days before I put it in and will bring it to me if I'm not at the counter. This man deserves a raise. The young ladies who work in the morning are...
