New China House — Restaurant in Richland Township

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I went in yesterday to place an order I forgot to take the drinks out of the fridge and realized it after I got home. I immediately called them to let them know I'm coming back to the store to grab the drinks and the order taker did not remember us and said that they have to speak to the manager and that they will call me back. No one ever called me back on top of that their general so chicken tasted like it had fabric softener...it was disgusting and they're very expensive for the area. Not worth it! UPDATE: Food still good. However, pricing is VERY wrong online. Put in a large lunch order (typically $150 at local Chinese takeout restaurants) and according to the online pricing our order total should have been $147+ tax. Our order was $250!!!!! No disclosure over the phone that the online prices are drastically inaccurate. Ordering over the phone is a bit of an inconvenience as well. Probably wont return. I've been coming here for years and the food is always fresh and hot !!! The portions are very generous. I usually get the combos and have enough leftover for lunch the next day. I like to call in my order and it's always ready to go by the time I reach the restaurant which is only 10 minutes away. The staff is always friendly and professional.
