We ordered from Asia Asian about a month ago. We were told it would be an hour for delivery, no big deal. After about an hour and twenty minutes I called to see wher our order was and was told that the driver was on the way and would be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later...still no food. I called back and was told that the driver JUST LEFT the store and would be there soon (after they just told me he would be there in 5 minutes). 30 minutes later and we still have nothing. We called back and were told that they would check on the order. Asia Asian called back and said that the driver was 10 minutes out- We're past 2 hours of waiting at this point. 25 minutes later and we have no food STILL. We call and the lady tells us the driver is almost there and that she can give us "a little discount" (HA!). We cancel our order because we have been waiting 2.5 hours at this point and they don't seem to care.
Flash forward to tonight ...we decide to give them another try because we really want Chinese. I call and am told that they won't deliver to us anymore because we cancelled our order last time. I informed her that it was THEIR fault we canceled because they took 2.5 hours to still not deliver our food. She says "Well, we're not delivering to you again"...
What in the hell kind of customer service is this?! We used to be quite frequent customers and now they have permanently lost business from us because they want to blame us for canceling an order that they...
Read moreGave it another try. New management does not equal better management. Had a busy day & “forgot” to eat. Placed an order over the phone at 5:38pm using their newly posted menu on Facebook. 4 meals, including a sweet & sour chicken. Total was $11 more than it should have been per the menu prices. Whatever. I’m just hungry. Paid it. Got the food home. Missing the sweet & sour sauce, so really just have plain, dry chicken. Also missing an ENTIRE meal. Ok, things happen. I’ve worked food service before. I get it. Call them. They want me to pack back up my entire order, including my kids food, & bring it back. What? So it can be cold when they finally get to eat? No. I refuse. I paid $80 for this food, they’re at least eating it warm. So they tell me that’s fine, they’ll make my missing meal. Ok, thanks. Get there & they are trying to convince me that I’m wrong. “I put it in there.” “Orange chicken & General Tsos look similar” etc. How insulting that you think I can’t tell the difference between 3 meals and 4…….. Finally, they say “ok, we’ll make it now.” WHAT!? You haven’t even started making it? On the phone, I said I was on the way & you said ok, we’ll make it”. So now it’s 7:14pm, I’m hungry af, & I’m using this new found waiting time to write this review while they cook my $15 plate of food. Won’t try it again. I’ll keep my Asian cravings at...
Read moreI've been coming here for years but sadly I don't think I will be returning any time soon.
My wife ordered two rolls and I ordered one roll, one order of shashimi, one order of smelt roe sushi and a side of rice. The bowl of rice came out first. Five minutes later she got her plate and ten minutes later I finally got my order which was mostly wrong. I got my roll, my shashimi was served as sushi, and my smelt roe was actually salmon roe. When I brought it up with the (very nice and polite server) she took it back and I was informed that young man maning our orders said that the salmon roe was smelt roe (it's not) but he did own up to messing up the shashimi. I ended up not wanting either since I felt that he was probably just going keep messing it up since he already didnt know the difference between salmon and smelt roe.
Had he not tried to argue that salmon roe is smelt roe I probably would have let it go. One is the size of .22 caliber BBs and the other is the size of large sand. You can see the difference from across a room.
This is very sad to us because we have been coming here for years but this last visit was the last...
