Subway — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

Ordered special advertised Reuben but young man behind counter squirted SOUTHWEST dressing on it instead of THOUSAND ISLAND. He tried to scrape it off, and when I objected and asked him to remake the sandwich, he lectured me telling me that there was not much difference between southwest & thousand island. Other customers in line were laughing at this kid. Making excuses. He then said he couldn't remake the reuben because he had no more rye bread. He insisted that wheat would taste the same as rye. Where do you get these kids.? A huge waste of my time. Had I not asked what he was scraping off of my sandwich, he would have sold me a Reuben with southwest instead of thousand island. I won't be going back.I'm glad firehouse subs is opening up...

When my husband and I got there, it look clean and friendly.. the atmosphere is intense. I asked for the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap. The lady didn't even ask if I want it on the flatbread.. Normally wraps are in a tortilla.. I was like whatever...there was three employees behind the counter. not one even ask if I want it toast it either.. some employees ask or don't in other locations.. when ask for cookies or anything, I told my husband I just want to get the F out then out loud mention why I want out.. just walked out...

I haven't tried the food yet at this location that's why I didn't star it yet... I might try this location again depending how...

I Do Not Recommend ordering from this Subway. They don’t accept coupons for one. Secondly, I ordered a sub that was $8.29 plus tax & no combo & was given a total of $11.53, when I questioned it I was told they had new pricing & the guy pointed to the menu pricing for double meat & cheese, I didn’t order double meat or cheese. I told them they could keep the sub & I started walking out, suddenly I was told I could get the sub for the original $8.29 price.
