McDonald's — Restaurant in Richmond Township

There's one manager at that location that in my opinion should be fired as soon as possible. She's rude to customers and treats her employees horribly. The fries are ok at certain times of the day and when I was there the young lady who's probably new is extremely polite and helpful to the customers and she is always cleaning the lobby so the lobby looks awesome and in my opinion she's worth $15/hr. I used to work at a McDonald's and there's no reason why employees should be standing around doing nothing or just standing in front of the grill talking and not doing anything there's always something to do so I was very displeased seeing almost everyone else except that Young lady she's shorter than the rest but like I said in my opinion she's worth $15/hr only because she shows everything that a McDonald's looks for or wants in a employee she's polite and is very helpful when a customer complains about something. She definitely gets a complete 5 star rating from me if I was able to do that. I unfortunately didn't order anything due to my disgust with the manager I mentioned which all I know is her name is Sarah because I heard one of the employees say her name so like I said that manager needs to be fired bc I noticed on multiple accounts that she is extremely rude to employees and customers and shouldn't be a manager at all. As of today: I just left the drive thru with a $55 order. Drove 15 minutes away to bring breakfast to my family on New Years Day. I had ordered a couple of Sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles... I get bacon mcgriddles instead. Of course not realizing this until I get to my destination. I call McDonalds and speak with the Manager, John, and he just cant comprehend that I drove 15 minutes away and in order to get a refund, I have to drive all the way back to McDonalds, then another 15 minutes back to my family. I am bringing all of the food back and will never order here again as this is the 5th time they messed up my order. Looking forward to those robots.. Sad to think it takes replacing humans with robots to get a simple order correct. How hard can it be to read a screen and put what you read into the bags. Again, order fulfillment failed.

My Review 2 months ago: Literally every time I go here I am missing half of my order!! By the time they get the rest of the food out, our fries are cold. They should at minimum, bring fresh fries out with the rest of the order they forgot so we can try to enjoy a fresh meal... especially when using Manager coupons for a second time due to the same issues in order fulfillment. I was traveling through Michigan late at night and stopped at this McDonald's for a quick bite. Upon walking in the first thing I noticed was how bright, clean and absolutely charming it was! Every table had a big vase with a sunflower and bow on it, absolutely charming and welcoming...this restaurant was spotless! I ordered my food and used the restroom before leaving and again, it was very clean. I walked out thinking WOW I wished my local McDonald's looked like this! When traveling anywhere I always try to stay with places I know, it's familiar and generally safe when traveling, for me personally, as a woman and a child it's a must do at 10:30p in a strange town in another state was a big one but this was everything you want to find at 10:30p! My daughter was making yummy noises in the back seat, I was refreshed and ready to get back on the road.
