We ate dinner here for the first time since they opened. IT WAS DELICIOUS! My husband and I both got the special -- a grilled marinated pork chop and the cambray potatoes on the side. The pork chop was thick and juicy, cooked perfectly. The potatoes were crispy & golden on the outside, creamy on the inside, perfectly seasoned. I would get this meal again in a minute! The meal was served HOT, too, something I appreciate and enjoy all too seldom.

The service was prompt and courteous and the meal was an excellent value. Our dinner for two was under $50 with the gratuity.

The restaurant is very simply decorated, nothing fancy -- just an observation, not a complaint. It was easily one of the best meals I've eaten out in Richmond. While I am excited to try other offerings at this restaurant, I may not be able to help going back to the pork chop!!

Update: our most recent visit didn't disappoint! The special was a ribeye and it was delicous!! It was on the thin side, so it was a little past the medium I ordered, but I didn't mind because he was juicy,...

Small restaurant with a different choices of entrees. Decided to stop as we were passing through. Clean and simple dining areas. Went on a Thursday night around 6. Got busier as we were there. Mostly couples having dinner. Only one waitress and another lady helped bring food out as it was ready. Portions of the food were more than I expected. We had a simple appetizer of chips and queso. Nothing special about it. I had the special of pork chop with 2 sides. It was bone in and was surprised how juicy and thick it was. Lightly seasoned. The Cambray potatoes were also seasoned well. I like to make these at home. My chicken noodle soup was more oriental based with chicken, celery, carrots. Not salty at all. My husband had the La Hawiana burger. Big burger with cheese, ham, bacon and a slice of pineapple. Along with the normal lettuce, tomato and onion. Nice cheese and thick bacon. Bun was buttered. He chose the Cambray potatoes as well. He enjoyed the pineapple. Restrooms were clean. We would go back if passing through...

Excellent, friendly service. Waitress was attentive and kind. Restaurant is extremely clean, bathroom was clean. This is a newly established restaurant and they hit the ground running! Food was perfect. I had the New York strip and it was cooked to perfection. Quality cuts of meat here with no cut corners. Salad was complete with all the goodies, egg, carrots etc. It was fresh and well presented along with steak. I do see some people complain about prices, but this it quality beef and fresh sides. The cook knows how to prepare to perfection.This is not just any cook and not any small restaurant, I can see this business turned into fine dining one day...Four stars on the atmosphere because it could use a bit of good decorations, it is a bit bare...
