Absolutely horrible !!!! It will take you 17 calls to get ahold of someone. When you are finally able to reach someone typically they are unable to help and will dispatch 3rd party contractors to do work on their equipment. Through the years of my work one thing I have learned is a company that makes but can not service their own equipment is not good for business. Not to mention the lack of duty and due diligence to do whatever it takes to get the job done and create a valued customer is just non existent at this company. They do not care, they do not answer the phones, and a very unprofessional in the fact that they are so uncaring about what a customer calls them needing or looking for. The plastic on our Kirby has already melted off some. It’s brand new. If someone from this company comes to your door to sell these I would recommend not purchasing it. It’s our only vacuum and when calling to get it fixed we were put on a list and not even told officially when they can come out to fix it. You pay way too much money for this product for there to be issues especially after only a few months. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Also after calling other Kirby companies to come fix it the lifetime warranty ONLY COVERS PARTS when you go outside the company that sold it to you. Walked around the house and she and 2 others were hopping back in a dark red SUV. Talk about shady. They saw me and said wait we need to ask you something. So I stood there for a moment. As soon as she said who she was with I said I wasn't interested and was in the middle of something. She replies back with oh well I'm just trying to help you and I just need to ask you a couple questions. I again said no and turned around and left. It is dark and in this day it isn't safe to allow people in your home ever, but do better. Do not have your sales people come in the dark or in vehicles with multiple people and no lights on.
