Hardee's — Restaurant in Richmond

They have a very confusing sign about pancakes and pancake sandwiches. After I tried to tell the woman in the drive-thru I had wanted pancakes, she told me I would have to go inside. The woman at the counter who was very nice said it was pancakes or a sandwich, not a sandwich with pancakes. The manager then wanted the sandwiches back so she could throw them away, which meant another trip out of the building and back in, all while having a person just out of the hospital waiting in the car. I had needed to go through the drive-thru. I didn't want to have to go in to get the right order, let alone go in twice. When I came back in with the sandwiches, the manager took them without any kindness such as a thank you or sorry for the confusion. It was a $24 order for 5 people. It looks like she could have been a little nice even if it cost her two orders of pancakes over a confusing sign I had looked at quickly in the drive-thru while ordering to not...

Service was terrible! We stood there for a little over 10 minutes before someone said they'd be with us. Another 6 min passed then the worker took our order with eyes rolling the entire time because of 2 men who were there to speak with management. We got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes before going up to find out what was going on. The worker who took our order and the manager were speakingwitheach other. Finally the manager came over and said they were out of chicken strips and asked if we wanted something else or a refund. I asked for a refund because I was between shifts and was now out of time. He refunded the meals and we left. Would have been slightly less frustrating if they wouldn't have charged us for our drinks because of the long wait and inconvenience of not even getting our food. Where do I begin? My girlfriend and I came to this Hardee's location because she was craving their food. We have had Hardee's before but in a different area. Based on the previous experience in the other location I wasn't expecting much but all I can say this time is wow! I ordered their Angus Frisco combo for myself and the chicken club combo for my girlfriend. When they brought the food I could hardly believe my eyes, it looked just like the pictures on the menu! The employee even offered to bring us some ketchup packets. Our meals tasted even better than they looked and the staff was polite and always had smiling faces. We also couldn't believe how clean the dining room was. Everyone at this restaurant in particular needs a raise for the great customer service and fresh amazing food!
