KFC — Restaurant in Richmond

My review is totally based on this drive thru experience. So my family just lives next door. And we visit them alot and they always used to say that this kfc is the best one. I live in san pablo and i always say our kfc is the best . Coz i have tried kfc at other places and some of them are really bad. Especially in san francisco. Any not going off topic. So because of parking lot stripping the kfc by out place was closed so we had to drive to this one as this was the closest. We had a coupon for the family meal for $30.99 (pretty awesome huh). I was nicely greeted (1 star), they helped me tear thr coupon (one star), there was no line ( one star ) the cashier was friendly (one star), and last but best the meal was good justbas i like it ( 6 stars ) there you go..u guys get 10 out of 5...

This place used to be real nice and clean way back when it first opened. People that work there are not so friendly, the big Latino cashier is pure laziness he makes want to go to sleep every time I order food there. When someone buys a meal they at least give you napkins or offer ketchup. The places who do offer that are the ones you might want keep going and eating there.they do have good root beer floats that's the best thing out of that place, the papa burger is about the best burger they have and it's a good simple burger, KFC is also connected with them which makes it a double wammy. I ordered a 9pc bucket yesterday and I was very disappointed at this location. I would say this was the worst fried chicken you can not imagine. It was like very old and dry both spicy and original. They must have refried the chickens like thousands of time. It is not editable. The skin was supposed to be the best part but it was dry like a hard cardboard that you can't even taste the famous herbs. It was dinner time I ordered at 6pm and you would think that they would have fresh chickens. I would not recommend anyone going there as this place has the worst owner/management. Had to buy something else for my kids. I would rate no star if that...
