The tacos de asada are a can't-go-wrong classic and I appreciate the mix of carrots, radishes, onions and peppers that complement each dish. Fully eat the quesadillas while they are warm; don't save to reheat this selection, as it's cheese is much better freshly cooked. The quesabirrias hit the spot for me, too! I like the horchata the best of the aguafrescas that are all refreshing and not overly sweet. I like the doradito light-browning of some of the food selections, and the salsas are very tasty - I like the green sauce the best. The staff members are keen to make the food as you like it and aim to get your meals to you with efficiency and a smile. They care! Many people return here from what I've witnessed. The corner can be a bit windy on the straightaway from Civic Center to the West, but on a sunny day it can be great to borrow part of the bench and table to eat by the tropically-colored and decorated food truck.
