I frequent this location often. The food is, for the most part, great; as for the management, not so much! Today, it was unacceptable dirty conditions in the restaurant. I went to sit down and noticed a thick layer of dust on the counter, I looked around and the whole restaurant is dirty. I notified the manager and she said, yes, they're doing work. Umm, ok, but you've opened to the public, how has no one wiped down the tables?!? If this is how the dining area looks, what does the kitchen look like??? Wholly smokes this is NOT OK!

I work down the street and in the past year or 3, I've been coming to this Panda Express location a lot, I mean a lot, like at least once a month! In all my visits, only once have I had an issue-which the manager on duty took immediate action to resolve and provide complete customer satisfaction. About half the staff is friendly, the rest at least get the job done. The food is normally warm and fresh, and it's Panda-if you want more portions, you can simply ask for more.
I would say the biggest issue is that this restaurant is located next to a bus stop, and Richmond is the hood, so there's a fair share of homeless and ratchet entertaining people and people watching that you'll be forced to take in. But some people, like myself, don't really mind it as it's so...
Read moreThis place is out of line. As soon as I walked in I had to wait to be attended. After waiting a lady attended me but then cut me off and started talking to her coworker in Spanish about some other order then started to talk to me again. As I walked to the cashier to pay she asked if she could keep my change because they didn’t have change. She wanted to keep 65 cents?! That’s crazy right ? I told her no so I almost didn’t get my dinner! I had to pay with a card because she wasn’t going to give me change nor my dinner. As I ate I just sat and observed and she did that to everyone that walked in the store. Even telling customers in Spanish that she needed to keep their change because the cashier box didn’t have change. That’s crazy! Moments later she came out to the tables and had the audacity to ask us to fill the survey on the receipts as if they were doing an excellent job.
