This store has done nothing but go downhill for the last 6 months and is now becoming one of my least favorite locations. The cleanliness is down with tables dirty no matter if they're busy or not the drain car is almost never stop the tea urns are always empty requiring me to ask the cashier so my teacup which I don't like to do because they can't mix the sweet and unsweet the way I like it. And there is always a wait even if there are no customers in line. I'm still awake because you have to fight to get your order. While visiting today on a Wednesday at 5 in the afternoon not a busy time or a busy day I've been waiting almost 25 minutes for my order. I ordered a pumpkin pie and they told me that they do not sell them even though they are on the menu. I had to argue with the cashier to sell it to me who had to get the manager and the manager began arguing with the other manager before they finally agreed that they would only sell it to me if I agreed to wait the 12 minutes for it to cook. So I did, I also ordered an apple pie and a ice cream cone which they forgot to give me and I had to remind them three separate times that I had requested it. So jokingly I said maybe I should have the ice cream for free since I had to wait for the pies to cook. But the manager turns to me and with an attitude says oh no you chose to wait. So I said no I chose to place an order I was forced to wait because what is advertise on your menu you don't have available. I didn't choose to wait I chose to stop at McDonald's specifically to get a pumpkin pie so happens that you didn't have any and I had to wait to get what I came here for in no way did I choose to wait I was forced to wait to get what I chose to eat. And after waiting 12 minutes I was giving my fresh pumpkin pie and an old apple pie. Since I ordered an apple and a pumpkin being that I had to wait for the pumpkin to be cooked you think they would just cook me a fresh Apple to. Give me a rock hard one from yesterday. Although they did give me a second ice cream...
Read moreOne of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I went on a Saturday night around 6 p.m. through the drive-thru in the employees were completely rude. Such as you done yet or what else you want. There is no please or thank you or kindness or gentleness to their voice is very rushing and impatient. I ordered an ice cream cone and a milkshake but the lady at the window handed me a cone with the ice cream falling off resembling more of a frisbee than ice cream cone. I said to the lady that looks a little off. And she says yes sorry about that and hands it to me. So I handed her back and said why don't you do something about it. So another woman and ice cream cone that looks almost decent says nothing to me and just hands it out the Wonderland says here. The ice cream was very gritty like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a very long time the paper on the tone seemed dirty. And overall I spent way too much time in a Drive-Thru for an ice cream cone. The milkshake had almost no whip cream. Looked as if the can was almost empty. I asked them to please fix it and for a chocolate drizzle. They refused to put the chocolate drizzle on and then I said I would pay for it and they charged me $0.70 for chocolate drizzle. But barely put any on there and I mean two lines on the sorry excuse for whipped cream. Ask them to fix this and they would and not and argued with me that they put the proper portions on my milkshake and would not do anything about it in order to make me happy. I had to buy a whole nother milkshake and pay for extra chocolate syrup three times and pay for extra whipped cream just to get a milkshake that looked like the milkshakes I get at every other McDonald's location without paying extra. This is not the first terrible experience I've had it this McDonald's location but it is definitely the last because I will not return to this location and I will recommend to all of my friends and family to never eat at this location!!. #badservice #mcdonaldsdonts #notwhatiordered...
Read moreSubject: A Disheartening Experience at McDonald's
Dear [McDonald's Management],
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your McDonald's establishment. As a frequent customer of McDonald’s, I have always appreciated the consistent quality of food and service. Unfortunately, during my recent visit on 3/27/25, I encountered a situation that fell significantly below the standard I have come to expect.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by an individual whose demeanor was not only unwelcoming but outright rude. This server’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite my polite attempts to engage, their response was curt and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
The lack of courtesy and professionalism from this staff member was alarming and, regrettably, overshadowed the rest of the visit. As a customer, I believe every individual deserves respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances, and this interaction was neither respectful nor helpful in any way.
I trust that McDonald's, as a globally recognized brand, holds customer service in high regard. I sincerely hope that this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it warrants to ensure that future patrons do not have to endure a similar experience.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this concern.
Yours...
