Visited for the first time and ordered a cinnamon cold brew, but was given what was clearly iced coffee instead. The drink was see-through like tea and lacked the distinct taste and color of a true cold brew. My daughter ordered an iced strawberry matcha but was initially handed a regular matcha. We had to return it before I even got my drink.
When I received mine, I could immediately tell it wasn’t a cold brew. The appearance and taste confirmed it was just iced coffee. Cold brew has a stronger, smoother flavor and deeper color, and it’s also more expensive — so it’s disappointing to pay for something and be given a cheaper alternative without being informed.
It raises a concern about transparency. If cold brew wasn’t available, I would’ve appreciated being told upfront. I would have chosen an iced latte instead, or at the very least, expected to pay the appropriate price for what I was...

I filled out the survey on the app and was quickly contacted by the manager, Amber almost immediately. She was so kind and apologetic. I came back the same day to get my replacement drink. The employee at the window let me know they had selected the wrong “Ashley” when I showed up at the drive through. Honest mistake, it’s a very common name! The employee also gave my kids stickers which was so kind since young kids can get impatient waiting in drive through lines.
