Every time I go to this location I wait a minimum of ten minutes for my food, or my order is messed up with missing items or items not the way I ordered them. However, my most recent visit was the last time I will ever go to this place. After placing my order, I waited 10 minutes before even getting to the window because they messed up the order in front of me (we were the only two in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window, they had no idea what I ordered. Once they got that straight and I paid they told me to pull around to the front and wait for my food (now 15 minutes since I placed my order). Five minutes later, the employee came out and told me that I had to go back through to pay because their system messed up (I already had the receipt)…at this point I left, still with n no food. Of course when I checked my account today, I was charged, no big surprise there. I have attempted to call the store multiple times and, surprise, they don’t answer the phone. If I could have given this review a zero, I would have. DO BETTER!
Update: after avoiding this place for a couple of months I decided to give it another chance. MISTAKE! My Mexican pizza was halfway out of the box and so soggy it was not edible. The only thing they got right was leaving the tomatoes off. This was at 2pm, empty drive-thru and I still got pulled into a parking space to wait another 5 minutes for my soggy inedible...

THIS IS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE LITTLE PLAZA WITH ULTA, ROSS, T.J MAXX AND PETSMART!!!!
My fiancé went to get it, so he experienced the whole thing besides eating the food. My fiance got (what is shown on the reciept) 1 cm cozy g crunch, the cheesy gordita crunch. Didn't come with the Flatbread it was supposed to have.
For mine, I got the steak quesadilla with Extra Steak and no creamy jalapeño sauce. I got the extra steak, but they still put the jalapeño sauce on it. Had to drink some of my fiancé's dr.pepper because I didn't like it.
Overall, the staff was friendly.
Last time we went, we couldn't go in because as soon as I sat in my wheelchair, they locked the door. Talked to a customer that was finished eating and walking to get in their car and told them what happened. The customers we talked to told us they had plenty of people inside to keep the doors unlocked. We decided to take our business and money elsewhere to eat.

HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO GET MY REFUND! Beware of this kfc/Taco Bell! My Taco Bell order was nasty! When I tried to call to get a refund they never answered, when I got there they said there phone doesn’t work. So I told them what was wrong with my food and they told me they have a no refund policy. It’s almost like they know most of their customers are always dissatisfied so they put the policy in place. Lee the manager is extremely rude and so is the woman with no teeth. They didn’t care that I was dissatisfied. And ask me why I come here if I know that the food is bad. From now on the Taco Bell that is 15 min from me is now more worth it then going to this /Taco Bell which is 5 minutes away from me. They are always rude and always in a bad attitude even when you are being nice! Never coming back here again. Oh and there workers be smoking cigarettes right in front of the doorway. So you get second hand smoke...
