Wendy's — Restaurant in Richmond

Came to this Wendy's on Thursday before work for some Ice Cream, there is a sign on the door stating that it (dinning room/inside) is open from 11am-8pm. Mind you it's 5pm, my fiancé and I walk in and the lady that was on fries yelled and said "you have someone on front. She's constantly looking at us then some tall guy walks over and looks at us then walks back to drive thru and the lady still looking at us . At this point it's been about 5 mins. & nobody has tried to take our order then when everyone just decides they don't want to take our order the same one who said "you have someone on front" , with her back to us says " inside closed!" While we were still inside the same lady told the boy that came from the restroom changing the trash with a headset on to lock the doors . Basically implying we need to hurry and get out because nobody wants to take your order. Mind you the same boy with the headset on walked passed us said "hey how you doing" and walked straight to the back. So it's not like there wasn't enough workers , there was PLENTY. I work in fast food and I would never treat customers the way were treated, just rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If I could give this place zero...

I sat down and charged my phone so I could use Apple Pay to pay for an order (I lost my wallet with my actual debit cards a while back). It was just me and a worker waiting for a ride in the lobby. I sat down and plugged my phone in and this big black manager hit me with an attitude. “Is that all you’re coming in here for?!? If that is you need to leave or order something!” I told him I planned to order something and my phone was the only way I could pay for it. He didn’t even apologize. Instead, he just stood out watching me as if I was a suspicious figure in the crowd..mind you there were only two people in the lobby, INCLUDING ME. I usually have a good experience. I have had one other bad experience here a while back but today topped the cake. The cashier there during lunch time is straight up rude. Did not speak nor acknowledge me. Matter of fact she stared at me the moment I walked in door like "why are you here". When I told her I had an mobile app order she tried to say she didn't see it then her coworker stepped in and showed her it was there. She got frustrated just cause he found it wow really? cashier did not thank me nor said have a good day but her coworker did.
