May 4th, 2023 ★ ★ Have downgraded to 2 stars (from 5). The reason is that their espresso tastes now like a regular coffee and not even a strong one. Waste of money ($4,20 for a triple). I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the espresso machine or an issue with the barista but this is not the first time. Definitely my last visit. You are awesome !!! 8-19-21 ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda pricey … I was hungry and got a hot Parmesan chicken wrap, another wrap Chipotle chicken and avocado, a plain croissant and a double espresso. Almost $25 🤷🏻‍♂️ Wraps were not that great. I would appreciate more chicken, the Chipotle wrap was full of avocado but very skimpy on chicken. They got 4 stars cause my croissant and espresso were great. Also Karina (the girl at the counter) was very nice and friendly. Next time I would stay away from their wraps but the espresso with a warm and freshly baked croissant is a must ...

They had a few hot and cold food choices on the shelves, grabbed some food. Then I went to counter to ask for cappuccino. I waited for two hot chicks in front of me, young good looking cashier was so nice and friendly with them. Then I asked for a cappuccino and I was gonna ask some more food items from behind the counter. He said he can not make cappuccino right now, totally unfriendly with me compared to two hot chicks. Then I said ok, put back what I picked up from the shelf and went to Dunkin’ Donuts. At the Dunkin’ Donuts their cappuccino machine also didn’t work, but at least their staff was friendly, so I purchased some food and get a regular coffee and left. I am a truck driver now but worked 20 years at top casinos as a dealer. I know the difference between good customer service...

just had a horrible experience here. the grapefruit juice was spoiled it was rancid. the egg salad was super salty like someone poured a ton of salt on it. the tuna salad sandwich was very dry like it was old. very disappointed I spent $70 on 3 sandwiches, 3 juices and 2 cookies and threw most of it away because it was so nasty. the server was also super slow and rude. I stood in line for 10 minutes while she made someone 1 coffee. I wish I could get a refund for my horrible experience and assault on my taste buds 😔 even more disappointing because I am used to the high quality from this chain in the other stores I have visited in NYC & London so I expected high quality product...
