For reference, this was the first time we had ever been here and it was Valentine’s Day. We didn’t know we should have made reservations or we would have, but knowing it was valentines day, we stopped by early in hopes we would beat the crowd. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a blonde haired woman who asked us if we had a reservation to which we said no and asked if there were seats available, knowing if there wasn’t, it was our fault and we would be off to another location. She immediately changed her attitude and hesitantly, and as if it was an inconvenience, sat us at the end of the bar. As we sat at our seats, we noticed this employee seemed to have a completely different attitude to those who had reservations and those she knew than to how we were treated. We sat for about 10-15 minutes before our server, Jessica, came over and said she didn’t know anyone was seated there and apologized. She got us our drinks and food orders and served us perfectly! The food and drinks were also great! It’s a shame the first employee interaction we had put a sour taste...

Good food, great beer, and even greater staff. I was waited on by the owner (didn't catch his name) and a very helpful waitress.

The owner seems to be an important part of the town, though unofficially. Everyone knows him, cars honk as they pass when he's outside, and he's excited to cheer on the youth as they jog by or are celebrating an important birthday. He was kind enough to give me the scoop on the town, it's history, and even offered to lend me a Kayak when I return (and I will be returning). Incredible hospitality and pride in what they do, paired with quality food means I don't have to wonder if this place will be here when I come back.

Small towns need people and places like Brew Bank and it's owner, and Ridgway should be happy this place exists (and they...

My wife called at 4:00 in the afternoon to inquire about reservations for that evening. The gentleman that she spoke to said, "We don't take reservations but if you're here around 6:00 you should be fine.

Drove 15 miles to get there and arrived at 6:00. Was immediately asked if we had a reservation. Um, what? "We called and asked and were told you don't accept reservations." Ladies response, "Um, yeah we were probably full." Again, what?

Looked around and saw a few empty tables with post-it notes on them I guess indicating that they were reserved but for who? And how? Never got to speak to the guy that answered the phone, sounded like an owner or manager. If that's how organized and professional they are, then I'll take my...

Wow was this ever a gold mine of a completely random stop and I can tell you I will be returning even though over a 3 hour drive I will do the drive again for the only purpose of visiting again. I look forward to staying at the hospital that they offer, definitely trying new things but retrying the Nachos because how can you not after experiencing them and of course the amazing staff that makes them maybe technically a different town but regardless of one letter (‘e’) Ridgeway to Ridgway we are one the same. Of course the merch was just too cool not to pass by. I was not surprised to hear that the phenomenal service we got came from a true track star on and off the track.

Based on the ratings and comments we stopped by with our dog to eat outside and we're disappointed that the outside tables weren't available because they weren't set up. We were there for lunch about noon on Saturday July 3rd. We decided to order take out and eat outside across the street on the courthouse lawn. While waiting for the food I went inside and ordered an Imperial Stout. The keg kicked and the bartender went to change it and came back to say that they didn't have any more. By that time the food was ready so we left. The food was good and I will go back and try it again. Hopefully I'll be able to give a better rating on my next visit.
