For reference, this was the first time we had ever been here and it was Valentine’s Day. We didn’t know we should have made reservations or we would have, but knowing it was valentines day, we stopped by early in hopes we would beat the crowd. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a blonde haired woman who asked us if we had a reservation to which we said no and asked if there were seats available, knowing if there wasn’t, it was our fault and we would be off to another location. She immediately changed her attitude and hesitantly, and as if it was an inconvenience, sat us at the end of the bar. As we sat at our seats, we noticed this employee seemed to have a completely different attitude to those who had reservations and those she knew than to how we were treated. We sat for about 10-15 minutes before our server, Jessica, came over and said she didn’t know anyone was seated there and apologized. She got us our drinks and food orders and served us perfectly! Read moreGood food, great beer, and even greater staff. I was waited on by the owner (didn't catch his name) and a very helpful waitress.
The owner seems to be an important part of the town, though unofficially. He was kind enough to give me the scoop on the town, it's history, and even offered to lend me a Kayak when I return (and I will be returning). Incredible hospitality and pride in what they do, paired with quality food means I don't have to wonder if this place will be here when I come back.
Small towns need people and places like Brew Bank and it's owner, and Ridgway should be happy this place exists (and they...

Drove 15 miles to get there and arrived at 6:00. Was immediately asked if we had a reservation. Um, what? "We called and asked and were told you don't accept reservations." Ladies response, "Um, yeah we were probably full." Again, what?
Looked around and saw a few empty tables with post-it notes on them I guess indicating that they were reserved but for who? And how? Never got to speak to the guy that answered the phone, sounded like an owner or manager. If that's how organized and professional they are, then I'll take my...
