5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Experience at Hunts!

I recently hosted a party at Hunts and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, everything was flawless. As someone who is incredibly meticulous, I honestly can't point to a single thing I would change or improve.

First off, Kristina, who helped me book the party, was incredible — super responsive, full of helpful suggestions, and answered every question I had along the way. Planning was a SUPER EAZY thanks to her!

Upon arrival, the owner Vince personally came down to welcome us. He even reserved a spot out close to the entrance in case we needed to unload anything — a thoughtful touch that made things so much easier.

Carol, our bartender, was beyond amazing! She was always checking in, asking if I needed anything, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Friendly and attentive!

And let's talk about the food — Chef Chris had everything set up perfectly. The food was delicious (everyone was raving about the wings!) and he personally came out to check in and let us know everything was ready. That level of care and attention really stood out.

The private room was ideal for my group of about 50 people, with plenty of space to spare. Everything is updated — from the TVs to the fully stocked bar — plus there's a private bathroom. Bonus points: the room is step-free, which was perfect for my grandmother who can’t do stairs.

If you're looking for a venue for a party or gathering (graduation/retirement/birthday/baby shower etc.) I HIGHLY recommend Hunts. Amazing staff, excellent food and drinks, and a beautifully maintained private space. Truly a 5-star...

Ordered late night because the food is usually great! However the lack of care in the kitchen is obvious this time of night . Being a chef myself ; I would never allow my cooks to box up what I received tonight, suspension would be the minimal. I spent 70$ for White Castle patties in full size lid buns , stale brioche and over cooked or precooked , dried out patties from another. Obviously not fresh but recycled most likely from a mistake earlier in the day. I feel almost disrespected receiving this, I wouldn’t give this food out for free, or give it to my intended children. If you guys need proper cooks I have many available , I have never left a bad food review in my life , nor had to. I’m ok and content of mediocre food as long as care is put into it and is consistent. This was absolutely terrible and the owner really needs to sit down with the chef and discus quality control and consistence in the kitchen because “this ain’t it” . The female bartender on Thursday night is very disrespectful. I believe the young ladies name is Ally. She is a very nasty young lady. I asked her a question about my drink and she snapped at me and said if I didn’t like it that I could leave?!?! I was really shocked I go to this bar at least twice a week! I was in no way rude to her. I just asked if she could pour me a proper shot of vodka because the shot was half full. I didn’t realize you couldn’t ask questions or voice your concerns. All of the other bartenders I deal with here have been wonderful. I am just surprised that Vince allows this type of behavior. I have told everyone I know if you want to go to hunts to avoid Thursday night. I know I won’t be back on Thursday.

Still love this bar. I’ve been going to this bar since since 1998. I hope if management reads this it won’t be taken as a joke and laughed off. My hopes is she will be addressed about her negative attitude and how it effects business. It makes people uncomfortable. Thanks...
