Zac's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Ridley Township

UPDATE - well this one REALLY hurts to write. i've previously had MULTIPLE great visits here but my recent trip left me very unhappy. it was a slow week day night and the food was incredible as usual. the problem came after we ate and wanted milkshakes to go. keep in mind this was a VERY SLOW night. there was NO LINE at the time of ordering the shakes and only a straggler or two afterwards. it took at least FIFTEEN MINUTES to get the shakes. we proceeded to watch at least TWO different girls either stand around and do nothing or clean while NOBODY was making the milkshakes. then one of them remembered and went and started one shake but then leaves the silver cup on the shake machine while she goes back to cleaning. it proceeds to stay there for 5 minutes unattended as they continue to ignore the order and socialize. eventually another girl wonders why people the ONLY TWO people are STILL waiting for shakes and goes and completes them. on top of all of this the shakes were basically ice cream flavored liquid milk. it had zero thickness. ZERO. this is absolutely unacceptable and i expect better. its one thing for the shakes to be garbage quality but its another thing to be completely ignored and made to wait. they were NOT BUSY. i wouldn't mind waiting if they were, but like i said at least two of the all girl staff were doing nothing or sporadically cleaning. NO APOLOGIES were made after making us wait btw. it seemed like there was no manager on site or someone was a manager that shouldn't be. on an unrelated note all of the lights that sit right above your food are filthy and loaded with dust.

I like this place I like this place a lot great burgers the double Zack cheeseburger great comes off the grill hot can be compared to McDonald's or any other fast food joint you got to go and taste it burgers are grade a phenomenal I hand-molded Patty not a frozen patty homemade burger this is awesome love this place my next thing I'm going to try as the milkshakes I hear the milkshakes are top-notch but wasn't in the mood for one of this visit. I tried the turkey burger not that good not that good at all kind of dry kind and hard they need to do something to make it more tender more juicy kind of like the beef burgers... my mom makes a excellent turkey burger the best I've ever had so I can't see anybody topping that with these type of turkey burgers but great please four stars I would go again and again and again and again great customer service friendly polite professional people great environment super clean love the place the bathrooms get this they're out back so you got to go outside the restaurant to go out back to the restroom so in the cold or in the heat that's kind of an inconvenience don't like that with all the money they made this should definitely expand and redesign the building so that the bathrooms are inside the building I mean who wants to go outside wash their hands and then touch the doorknob to get back in and then go back to eat their food so for that that's not good. Fix that and you'll have a five star rating....

I’ve passed this place many times during my travels and have contemplated eating here. Tonight I was picking up delivery orders for DoorDash and experienced some very rude customer service. Upon entry and mentioning that I was picking up a delivery, the owner/head boss did not greet me and was very rude about telling me how long of a wait it would be for the order. After sitting down at a table to wait, I got pinged with another order and had walked up to the counter let him know that I got stacked with a second order, from that point he was rude once again letting me know that i would be waiting for a while and asked me to cancel the order and started mouthing off about how his food was going to be wasted. While I do understand that the restaurant was busy and I do understand that there was going to be a wait, the treatment that I received from him was borderline unacceptable. So bad to the point that one of the waiters had to apologize to me for his actions. While I still do want to try the food here, his actions have somewhat dissuaded me from spending...
