By far, My favorite restaurant throughout our whole trip to explore Puerto Rico for my birthday trip last year. My wife and I stayed at the nearby Villa Cofresi Resort, (Which was also perfect for us.) When I asked for the best place to get a good steak and a couple drinks nearby, (Didn't want to drive.) The girl at the counter said we should try Cowboys' Cantina, it was close enough, the hotel even booked our table and provided a shuttle to the restaurant.
She was absolutely right. The food was amazing! We shared several items, everything was great, loved the steak and the Whiskey Meatballs! And the Fried Cheesecake, OMG! They also had a good selection of tasty cocktails to choose from. My wife and I are picky eaters and we were no disappointed with anything, our food was delicious and cooked to perfection!
From start to finish, the service was fantastic! Clean restaurant and the staff was friendly, attentive and they were all very entertaining. Our server, who was awesome, saw me slowing down and even offered to take one of the dishes off our bill, but I declined because it wasn't a bad dish, I just overloaded my tummy. Haha!
Bonus:The feel of being on a cowboy ranch with incredible scenery and the smell from the grills was all part of this great memory.
Overall, If I could add extra stars, I would. I highly recommend Cowboys Cantina for a phenomenal couple's...

The girl who attended to us was very kind and attentive. Honestly, there were only three tables occupied, and it was comfortable for her to work. But great service from her. The place is very spacious and has many signs with messages related to cattle, horses, and cowboys. Very nice.
Now, as for the food, I don’t share the same opinion. My wife ordered the Baby Back Ribs, which had no BBQ flavor at all. I don’t think they were even grilled on BBQ. My son’s filet Mignon came overcooked. What a shame for such an expensive cut of meat. I should mention that they offered to replace it, but as you know, that means waiting and eating alone at the end. My son ate it Well Done. My churrasco was the same; there wasn’t even a red part in the meat and I ordered medium. It seemed very small for the price I paid. Supposedly 8 oz.
Overall, The place is very spacious, beautiful, and outdoors. The service was good, and in my opinion the food lacks the flavor of a...
