Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Rio Grande City

Poor customer service. We were never notified that our banana splits were ready and after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter and asked if they forgot about our order. They said the banana splits were ready and were placed in a small refrigerator. They placed them on the counter and it was obvious they were MELTED. We asked if they could make new banana splits and they said that the melted ones were edible and tasted the same as a freshly made banana split. We had a little staredown and we did not get fresh banana splits. You be the judge of their service. Hopefully, you will get better service...

I went this Monday to treat my daughter for a blizzard but while I was in line I and several other customers heard a woman screaming I looked back n saw two employees I asked a young man what was going on he said the manager was getting after one of the employees and I was like but why is she yelling like that isn't right nor professional everyone can hear I get my ice cream n sit down I later see them both leave n seems like they were crying n when the manager left she was smiling like it was so funny I got to see her name and it said America terrible manager in my eyes. I went in some time last week and I was waiting 4 my order and there was one girl running back and forth taking food to I'm assuming to the drive thru and there was a manager and a cubby employee just talking and my order was just sitting there I had to walk up to them and tell them that was my order I saw the name on the shirt it said America M something very bad service make sense that one employee is working and the MANAGER IS JUST THERE TALKING VERY RUDE N MY FOOD IS THERE...
