Sno-White Drive In — Restaurant in Riverbank

I literally paid $20 for a hot dog sized Philly cheese steak with NO meat because they were out of vegetarian options and a side of garlic fries. Chef asked us specifically what kind of cheese i wanted and I said American cheese. I get home and there's no cheese at all and I find a tiny little sandwich in a HOT DOG BUN and a hot dog bun bag with barely any grilled veggies at all. They gave no discount for not having meat on the sandwich after they literally just said they'd give a discount for not having any vegetarian options and on top of that when I called back to explain they just said they'd need to get ahold of the manager and we're asking me to jump through hoops instead of a simple refund. I told them I just wanted my money back and the girl said there was nothing she could do and accused me of eating the sandwich already (which I did not at all lol literally 5 adult witnesses could vouch that I did not eat even a bite because it was so tiny and so unappetizing and was not what I ordered at all) I told her that I have the food right in front of me and I can bring it right back. She said she'll have to call the manager to approve a refund and snapped at me with a crazy unnecessary attitude and told me I could have my tip back. I told her that was messed up and they shouldn't be talking to people like that and doing that to people when it was thier mistake and then she hung up on me. That was honestly the grossest display of unaccountability and terrible customer service that I have ever seen or ever encountered in my life. We have a house full of family that just heard of that conversation and are shocked as they order food from snow white once a week. All of us have unanimously decided to never go here again. I just paid $20 to be able to tell you all not to waste your time or money here and that this establishment is extremely rude and prejudice to vegetarians. If your looking for vegetarian options you will be discriminated against. Messed up people that mess up your food and refuse to correct it just to keep their unearned money. What a gross combination. All I wanted was my money back for an over priced meal that I did not eat at all and that was completely wrong from what I ordered... This is crazy. Save your time and money friends and PROTECT YOUR PEACE. That woman is vile for no reason. Do not eat here....

Don't order online. It will let you pay and will tell you that it will be ready to pick up in a specific amount of minutes. They don't get the ticket and it has happened to us twice so far. They don't get the tag and we have to wait for our food to be made. The 1st time it happened the employees took care of it and I emailed the owner about issue. The workers have asked for the system to be fixed and still nothing has been done. 2nd time this happened ...went to pick up and no order ...then we are questioned if we ordered from right location and we do. Then they put in the order. ...we wait a long time and came all the way home to find only half our order. Went back and it took forever for them to make is our chicken sandwich which only had 2 stripes on it..and a kids burger. We didn't eat until almost 8 when we started the process and 6:15. Food was okay. Our food we got 1st was cold by the time rest of food came... our fried and onion rings. It was disappointing and seems like they are going down hill. Things need to be fixed and...

Family has frequented this Drive-in and enjoyed the juicy big hamburgers and fries, but what was once great tasting is now considered much less. The hamburgers are no longer thick and juicy, guess they changed their product. On the last 2 visits, the hamburgers were flat, certainly not juicy and the tasteless. Sad, we really had enjoyed eating there. It was a real treat. We like supporting local business, but the product has changed and is no longer worth the visit. After eating there for so many years, we did not expect dried out tasteless hamburgers and dry, bland french fries. I understand that the competition probably has taken it's toll, but what is being served now is an insult to their patrons and what was a great burger. Told Owner, who stated the had a new cook and purchased beef from a new source He offered us free meal (nice), we declined and told him our complaint was not to get a freebie.
