I just completed my 34 hours reset here and my trailer was just unloaded. No one here cares about the drivers time. I have never seen such a unprofessional place. I’m missing all my load bars and on top of everything my reefer is damaged by the yard jockey.

I was told that I didn’t had any load bars and the reefer was already damaged when I came in.

Avoid if possible! 1600 appointment arrived at 1500. Was told the reefer had to have 3/4 fuel (had 1/2) for a live unload. So after a trip to the worst Pilot in the nation (Atlanta SE), returned at 1615. Was told to drop my trailer and bobtail to receiving at the other end of the building. No problem so far. After checking in, was told to 'find' a spot to park and I would be called when the trailer was empty. All the bobtail spots were full, so I parked between two trailers in front of a light pole. Again no problem, just the way it is sometimes. They didn't call until midnight, but that's not why only one star. Would be zero, but Google doesn't do that. The reason is as I was waiting, one of the yard drivers pulled out a trailer by pushing the trailer next to it a foot over! It damaged both trailers and the one he pulled out had a door ripped off! This behavior should get him fired as he didn't even try to back and fill to get it out cleanly. If you are a company that drops trailers here, don't be surprised at any damage. You have...

Terrible place to deliver as a driver. Been here 6 hrs , asked for an update on what they think eta for being unloaded might be , the guy at receiving was very rude , he say “ when we unload you we unload you don't come and ask for any updates , it might be until tomorrow that you won’t get empty “ Be ware drivers and dispatchers , if you dont want want to deal with a rude company that doesn’t care or value your time don’t book loads or ever come here !! I spoke to other drivers and most days they have been here at least 12 hrs , some as long as 24 hrs . The other drivers think that they just use our trailers for free storage , and this is multiple drivers who have stated the same thing .
