On 7/6/21 at around 6:45 pm I ordered a Stromboli, just got home and realized it is a calzone, called back and the pizza guy was arguing with me trying to tell me a calzone and Stromboli are the same thing. I work at a pizza shop in mt laurel and I have been for about 6 years and I know there’s a clear difference between a calzone and a Stromboli, upon calling the pizza guy was put on the phone and he told me to drive it back to the restaurant and he would replace it then rudely hung up on me because I asked for it to be made correctly. You don’t make the customer drive back for something you messed up. Pictured is what I received . ( I found out the pizza guy is the owners brother in law) I hope the owner sees this because this is just lazy, and to try to argue with a customer about his own mess up is just wrong. I would have avoided posting at all online if the situation was handled correctly and he admitted he messed up and just made the order again correctly. I’m left to resort to this because I feel as though I wasn’t being treated as a customer. All I can say is i order delivery from there very often and I will be turning to other options because of how this...
Read moreI've eaten at many restaurants, and I've had many cheese steaks in my life, but this establishment has had to be the absolute worst experience in my life. Not only were the employees making food with their bare hands, they were also eating on the job. Also to add to that, some employees were horse-playing while cooking. The cooks weren't using any gloves and were touching filthy equipment. The cashier was sucking on her fingers while making another customer's pizza. I found this quite disgusting. The cheese steak I ordered had so much mayonnaise, I thought I was eating a semen sandwich. They gave us stale chips and dried up cucumbers. They also served us on dirty trays. I found the environment to be quite disturbing. The best part of the experience was leaving. If I could rate it any lower, I would give...
Read moreMeeting with old buddies that use to live in the town. They are from Maine and come to visit about one a year. They were just here again toward the end of May. They arrived a little sooner than we did & went ahead and ordered When we got there we ordered Calzones and paid . We were talking and having a good time when the girl that took our order, questioned what we ordered. They accidentally put the order slip on the finished peg and when they noticed we weren’t eating they realized their mistake. The owner brought us our order and said please come back and our next order would be on them. Sure enough we went back and they remembered, dinner was free. We love going there and for them to remember us,...
