One star, out of generosity, because the shop wasnt far from my home and I got a charging cord out of it. The people here got $50 from me a couple weeks back. They gave me a cord I could have gotten for like $10 on amazon, and used a bit of canned air to clean the port of my ipad, which wasn’t charging. Instead of just sending me on my way with a much more appropriately priced cord — which, it turns out, was the problem — they charged $50 for like… nothing. Why did I give them my money for so little, you ask? Because I was incredibly flustered and embarrassed due to how the guy behind the counter mentioned me to the next customer — also a guy, who had to actually turn around in order to look and laugh at the fat girl by the door because she’s fat and sweating buckets. I was sweating because I also happen to be freakishly sensitive to fluorescent lights and the ones in this shop were so many and so bright that it messed with my body temperature in a big way, right away. No one would have known this without asking, but instead of being asked I was judged. Shocker I don’t know what was said because usually the cowards who behave this way do it in a different language if they have one on hand, and these guys didn’t speak English to each other. Everyone knows what laughter means though, and, even though we look stupid to you, fat girls know when the laughter is directed at them. In a way that is not unlike how parents can learn to differentiate the meanings of their baby’s different cries and respond appropriately, fat girls know the difference between an innocent laugh and one that is at our expense. Experience tells us, because most people think themselves clever, original and funny when they come up with fat girl insults. (Dude they’re really not) But 1 star because I don’t think i can leave 0 ? With the hope that I’M WRONG and the customer’s look and laughter wasn’t prompted by the guy behind the desk, that the customer was just another jerk, that the employee actually behaved like a grown human instead of a middle school boy, and that I didn’t give some needlepeen $50 for basically nothing but insults. Regardless of this event, while I’m definitely an idiot for giving these people so much for so little… $50 for a charging cord and a cleaning of the charging port? I can’t think of anything that justifies this charge. Really wish I had been thinking clearly at the time, because all I can think now is that the price is on a very petty level of evil. I’d chose to be stupid any day of the week if petty and evil was my only other choice, but, thats just me, so hopefully the workers here will accept the charity and do better in the future.
Sincerely, The sweaty fat girl in the blue Mother of...
Read moreI'm extremely dissapointed in the integrity and work ethic here. I brought my samsung s21+ in on 10/17/23 for a cracked screen which was replaced for $207 I immediately bought a new case heavy duty case for it that same day. When I woke up the next morning I noticed a spider crack on the screen and that the fingerprint sensor wasn't as responsive as it was before bringing it. Regardless I can deal with that so I moved on. However as the next 3 days passed the cracked started expanding and cracking on its own (I did not drop my phone or anything I handled it gently and got the appropriate case),this implies when they "fixed it" they didn't properly remove the old adhesive and because of that, pressure built and it is slowly cracking my screen. I was told i had a 7 day warranty and called Saturday 10/21/23 to explain what happened. To that they told me to come in so they can take a look. Today 10/23/23 I come on (6 days after getting it replaced) and got GAS LIT and straight up lied to. They told me that I HAD broken my phone and that the warranty was only 6 DAYS and that either way the warranty didn't cover a cracked screen. I was also asked why I didn't come the day it happened to which I responded I had work, i dont get off till 11, the store would have been closed. I am not a dishonest person and especially would never be dishonest to a small business! To be gas lit and called a liar was hurtful and unprofessional. They stand on no values!!
On a side note in general it seems they don't have the knowledge for this profession. They even had a book in the front for the basics of electronics (attached to review) they also seemed like the phone screen cracking in correctly due to poor installation and the adhesive not being fully removed was an extremelyly impossible possiblity.
It's sucks but it worth spending more money and going to ubreakifix. It's a chain so their warranty will at least...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lab Cell for a screen replacement on my phone, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They quickly assessed the damage and provided a clear, fair quote without any hidden fees.
What impressed me the most was their speed and efficiency. I expected to be without my phone for a few hours, but they had it fixed in no time! The quality of the repair is outstanding—my screen looks as good as new, and the touch sensitivity is flawless.
The atmosphere of the store is also great; it's clean, organized, and they have a fantastic selection of accessories. Plus, they took the time to explain how to care for my phone post-repair, which I really appreciated.
If you're in need of a screen replacement or any phone repair, Lab Cell is the place to go. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for a...
