Been in the shop a few times, I'm local to riverside. The shop itself is nice and the staff during my visits have been helpful. My 1 star review is based on policy. Last week I came in and purchased a good amount of product, including a new smok morph mod. I am Happy with the product in general but I saw this past weekend as I went to look up reviews on it, that it is being sold for $59.99 for the full kit. I had paid double that. I called and inquired about the return policy, to which I was told there was none. I then inquired about price matching, and was told there is no online price matching. At this point I was getting frustrated so I simply said "OK" and hung up. It's not right to be frustrated with the folks answering the phones.
I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to bring the charge for the item in line with what they are currently being sold for. I would also like to double check that there is no return policy/price match policy as I feel like those are fairly commonplace in today's market. If true that the policies are as stated, I see no upside to shopping locally and will go back to online shopping.

I went in and spoke with the owner (who was awesome btw) for over an hour and had a great conversation full of advice, tips, technique, recommendations. While I will say that I did not get the exact outcome I originally was hoping for, she did find out that there was an issue with the way I was rung out at point of sale and offered me an acceptable solution. Which was more than enough to satisfy me. I am changing my review to reflect the professionalism in how she dealt with a potentially difficult customer (not that I am someone to yell anyway) and was willing to fully explain everything that I had not been aware of previously. Within 3 days the seal where the juice goes it broke and fell inside the container. I went back and brought few people as well. And after only 3 days there's no type of warranty at all. I feel like there should be a warranty on a defective product. I shouldn't have to buy it all over again just because it broke because it was defective. I like the place I really do. I love the people especially tacho dude that works there. Knows his stuff. I'm not mad at the place I'm just disappointed that I had to buy another tank and I haven't owned it for week or less. So do your research on products because it seems like nothing is covered. I'm ok I bought another tank no biggie but someone else might not be able to afford another tank you know.
