I went yesterday and Kasan was so nice and had great speed of service. However, we went today and someone else took our order, we usually love this place and everyone is usually super nice, but we spent almost $30 on four drinks & the girl was not very friendly and got all of our drinks wrong. We went back and told them and they offered to remake them but they rolled their eyes and were laughing and being pretty dismissive about it. I don’t know if the recipe of the Beach Babe changed but my mom usually gets it and it’s always been the same but today it was a cloudy orange and the times before it was a dark pink that was clear. I too work at a coffee shop and I understand frustration or a recipe change but I am never the type of person to be “a karen” about things and we were very nice about telling her our order was wrong but her and another guy she was working with were just laughing, making comments, and rolling their eyes about the whole situation with the window open. We felt like an inconvenience by the way their attitudes were but they weren’t even busy and we when pulled up she was on her phone anyway. She didn’t seem to care and didn’t even apologize. Super super tasty! The sandwich satisfied my breakfast food craving perfectly, the Mango Madness was extremely refreshing, the Samoa Cookie is sweet and coconutty, and the Beach Babe was also very refreshing!!

They offer sugar free options, and let you know if there's a part (such as the orange juice in the beach babe) in the drink that has sugar so you can take it out if you'd like

Very disappointed. Been coming here almost weekly since buffalo brew. Went this morning got two drinks. $16 for two medium coffees. Ridiculous prices now. Then one of the ordered drinks we got didn’t have Carmel? Why wouldnt you tell us that before we paid for the drink. I’ve got an incomplete drink for $8. Then after I said “$16 for two drinks?”.
