Subway — Restaurant in Salem Township

Military hater. Lived here in haysville all my life. Have always eaten here. I will NEVER come back. The young lady was rude all because i asked for a military discount. Upon asking she informs me they do infact offer it after giving me a dirty look and then says I'll need to use the reward card after i get home to register and be able to use the discount. I ask how can that be if the rewards card has nothing to do with military its a reward point system. Either you offer it or you dont. She then informs me that she actually just has no way in the system to give the discount. Contradicting the statement that they offer the military discount. At this point i let it go and inquire about a keychain she has asking if its from an anime. She says " ITS A COW, i like cows.." at this point i just took the L and left the store after paying. As i sit in the parking lot to eat my meal she continually looks out the glass after walking up to it to see what im doing? I will never eat here again. Permenently lost a haysville spender. Dont spend hard earned money here, and definitely dont support military haters. Look at my philly sandwhich.. clearly i should have asked for the discount after she made it. So she wouldnt have...

ordered just a sub, as i go to checkout, i ask "hey does this subway location offer a military discount". Im immedietely met with a look of disgust. and the young lady says they do however id have to use the subway rewards card to get the discount rather then just presenting my military i.d. I asked her if the rewards card discount is the same as the military discount considering the rewards card has NOTHING to do with the military after actually checking the site! I said surely if you offer the discount i wont need to use a rewards card discount? She proceeds to tell me she actually has no way to even give a discount in the system. I relinquish at this point and pay. And to lighten the young ladies mood i ask her about her cow keychain "is that keychain from an anime? and she responds "NO.. its a cow....i like cows. Wierdest and rudest customer service ever received all because i asked for a military discount. Never once arguing with her when not provided..even after she confirmed they did. Been eating at this subway since it opened.. I WILL NEVER come back. Emploring military to stay away from...

I refuse to order from this Subway ever again!!! EVERY time we order online (which is how I get amazing deals) they get our orders wrong & not a little wrong but totally wrong!!!!! Last week was the last straw, we ordered & as usual my order was wrong. So I called & the store closed 2 minutes ago the young man said he was the one who made it & argued that he made it right. So I said can you make me another one real quick since you've literally just closed because I had not ate that day (super busy day) & I was starving & I had nothing thawed out to make for dinner hence eating out. He was rude still & said no & I said wow really he said come in tomorrow & get a new one. So what am I supposed to do tonight since I spent so much already & you (employee) messed up my order. So the next afternoon I went in to get it made right, the young guy was the same kids that made it wrong last night. He started to make it the same way I had to remind him it was wrong this whole time he was so nasty nice & now like I said I refuse to pay that much money for something that's wrong every time!!
