Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place time was horrible. Took more than 10 minutes in the drive-through to get my order then I get my order drive all the way home to find it inside the burger there’s no hamburger patties. when I go back to the location to ask them about it, she gives me a lot of attitude and says that makes no sense. She then rips the bag out of my hand and then goes to make another one hand it to me with attitude. I questioned her with why don’t you have better customer service? I also questioned her with how does this happen? How do you forget a hamburger patty inside the burger? I also sh The burger, you can see that a patty was set there and part of the cheese was left behind and then somebody removed it when I began to question her a little bit more after receiving my food she ripped the bag out of my hand again and said do you just want your money back? I said I would like some of it back since I had to drive back home and back to here She said no, not how it works and laughed at me. I have been trying to call to speak to a manager and constantly get disconnected every time I make a call to the number...

I had placed a $45 order online and came to pick it up. Claudia the manager rudely greets me at the window and asks “what do you need?” I reply I need my order and she states someone had already picked it up. I tell her the then that she gave it to the wrong person then and tell her I have proof that the order was mine. She said “they gave the name Roxana”. I tell her she should have asked for proof or receipt of payment because now she gave it to the wrong person for free. She said “I didn't give food away for free” how not when I paid and she didn’t even offer to make the order for me when I have proof of payment. Then she gave me a fake number because they don’t pick up whenever I call to get my refund. Claudia the manager is a thief and even when I was willing to show proof of receipt as she failed to ask whoever took my food she was rude and did not care to make the situation right. Today, while ordering at this location in the drive-thru my daughter changed her mind about the 6-piece Star nugget meal and wanted to go all in for the 9-piece meal. The woman taking the order, which I later learned was “Claudia”, huffed loud and clear on the mic and proceeded to take the rest of the order. I was close to not ordering the food I wanted so I wouldn't further frustrate Claudia in any way. However, I was beyond hungry and needed to eat as soon as possible. I am enjoying the Famous Star w/cheese as I type this review. Of course, I will choose Carls Jr as a food option in the future but I will avoid Claudia’s shift.
