This place honestly has the best chinese fast food in town (my own opinion) but their cashier/servers who work there are incredibly rude. I would imagine they should try to treat their customers with the minimim amount of courtesy but they don’t know the stater of courtesy. I went in late which as a customer I’m aware when you go late to chinese place you gotta take what’s left but keeping that in mind i also understand that it is first come first serve, so i get there and specifically stated I was going to order 4 plates well while i am ordering they started serving someone who got there after i did and gave her whatever left they have of what i wanted to order ( this people they preferred to served first were also asian i dont want to think they served they first because of this but it is a possibility) then i advised the young server i wanted to get the meat they just served someone who got there after i did and her reaponse was “here is first come first serve” well I don’t know if she knew the meaning of her words what i will let you be the judge. Like i said their customer service need a lot of improvement but their food is good so i go again the next day because i had family visiting from out of the country and wanted them to try the food. My big mistake again i got their late and i asked the same young server, is these all there is left for the night? Well, without a the minimun effort of looking at me for an answer all her response was “yes”. Well 2/3 so far. Wanted to give them te benefit of the doubt and went again today just to experience for the 3rd and final time the rudeness of this people. This time the older server/cashier completely rude got angry at my family for she had already served steamed rice to a bowl while we wanted fried rice and when we advised her of this she literally threw the bowl away to start a new one. This people need to change if they want to keep in business. Their attitude towards clients is unacceptable, as a customer service rep myself i know it is stressful to deal with people every day but it it our decision to be in there or not and I recommend if this isn’t working for you give yourself a break and find something else that can motivate you but you gotta stop being rude to people. Wish you the best, i will personally not visit this place anymore but i hope you meditate and find the best outcome to you and...
Read moreThis place is infuriating. When I order on Doordash, they mark the order complete without even looking at it, causing my dasher to wait 15 minutes while they cook the item and the rest of our order cools on the counter. We also prefer their rice noodles, but they refuse to add it to their online menu. Instead, they tell you to order Chow Mein, but add instructions to get rice noodles instead. I wanted to pass my feedback on to the owners, but the employees are a brick wall. They won't pass on my feedback, so they get a one-star rating from me until they change their policy. They won't listen to a paying customer, so maybe they'll listen to this. The food is delicious though. And this is very minor, but their fortune...
Read moreI have been coming to Lucky Wok 2 or 3 times a month for a few years and it's been the best Chinese fast food that I could find in Riverside. But for about a month now the food has gone down in quality significantly. The orange chicken and Ruby chicken the last four times I've been there has been as hard as a rock. The chicken is so hard that no one in my family can chew it anymore. I am disappointed because I used to really like this place a lot. I have been ordering takeout from the Dragon House. Even though the price is about double it is worth the quality. I will not buy food from the Lucky Wok any more. Maybe in a few months I will go back and ask for a sample and see if the quality has changed back to what...
