The only reason why I’m here giving them a review with one star is because of my experience the last few times I’ve order from this place. I been coming to this restaurant quite a few times over the years. To be honest the service, the food portions and the customer service has been lacking. Even the place itself needs to be upgraded. Today I was more dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I was giving and needless to say the way the owner himself acted when I went back to asked why the portion of the Chile was so little. For them to charge me extra $ to add a scoop of Chile? for a plate that should be well Portioned. I’m not sure if this is just a lack of customer satisfaction, or the owner doesn’t care about his loyal clientele. I will start by saying that on my birthday I had the worst experience in this place, the cream for the coffee was spoiled and the waitress with the worst attitude dared to tell me to check them before putting them in the coffee because some of them were spoiled. The food portions are childlike, the tabletop flowers are layered with dust, and the service is terrible. $80 dollars for 2 children and myself is exaggerated for this bad experience. Came here on a Sunday afternoon , wasn’t packed at all, food was good ! We got the lobster plate , tacos and drinks . Serviced was really bad at first , our server kept forgetting our things so I had to get up and ask for them and she said she was sorry that she was all alone serving , I said it was okay but it wasn’t even busy at all , it was my table and two other small tables .
