This is the absolute most favorite place for me to go to get Mexican food. I mean no jokes hands down they've got the best tasting food the best portions for the prices I mean it's the best mom and pop little hole in the wall you'll ever find and I mean probably the best in Southern California if you like Mexican food. I mean they've got pretty much everything you could ask for from tacos to flautas to fajitas to super nachos LOL hands down the best taste in town. You won't regret it if you go but I'd be careful cuz there's usually always a line out the door 😉🤤😋
#CasaMota If I had 1 choice for a last meal . It would be here . A wet burrito, some tacos , and chips and salsa . I would say to tell them I sent you . But you would just get charged extra 🤭 I'm joking . You can if you want . John . I always order a all meat burrito, wet with green sauce (so freaking good) ship tacos, shedded beef hard shell tacos most of the time asada tacos . And chips and salsa . If they don't remember that order , say the big red handicap guy . Lol. My home away from home . Give it 1 try . I don't have to guarantee anything you'll be back for a...
Read moreOpens @ 8am, but walked in on two separate Saturdays @8:10-8:15 and no one in the front to greet customers. Walked out 2-3 minutes later. Most of the waitresses are slow in responding and don't notice if you need something. In other words, inattentiveness. Food is decent depending on your tastes. I've eaten Menudo and chorizo and eggs. Both okay, but have had better. Coffee served in very large cups and gets cold before you can drink it down. Had to keep getting topped off. My Mom enjoys the pozole if they can cut the meat into smaller chunks as she has a hard time with large pieces of meat. My husband much prefers Brandon's Diner over Casa Mota and I have to agree that the breakfast selection is much wider, food quality better for the prices, and service better service. To be fair, I've only ever had breakfast here, but their photos of Mariscos...
Read moreWe went yesterday after the big great opening on Saturday yesterday it was pretty filled but didn't look so busy as it normally is. We literally waited 2 hours from the time we got there until we left we waited about 20 minutes for a table that wasn't so bad we waited almost an hour and a half for a food spent like 5 to 10 minutes eating or like 20 minutes eating and then got some boxes to pack up then it took about 15 minutes after we ask for the truck to get the check I don't know if it was just a waitress or if it was really thoughtful by the time we left the place almost cleared out all the tables. Of course the food was amazing as always and so with the way but that was just a really long time. I think they definitely should have had more...
