My family and I have been going to Heeter's for many years. They are very nice unless there is a mistake in your order. On my last visit I ordered a fudge brownie sundae with cappuccino crunch ice cream. First, they gave me a large cappuccino crunch in a container and a fudge brownie with vanilla soft serve. When I told the young man about the mistake at first he didn't seem to understand what I had ordered. Then he got annoyed that I didn't want the sundae and took it back. Three more of our orders came out, there were five orders in total, and I'm still waiting for the sundae and the small chocolate my nephew ordered. Other people came, they ordered and were served...still waiting. Finally I go up to the window and tell them to forget about the sundae, I was already over it. I asked if they could just get the soft serve so we could leave. Another young man said they were making the sundae right now. I pointed out that we still needed a small chocolate in a cone, which was the first thing we ordered. The guy shrugs his shoulders and says "I don't know what you ordered". They finally bring out chocolate cone and the sundae. I tell them I don't worry about a refund. A young lady says I would get a refund anyway that they actually under charged me because the soft serve is actually less than the hand dipped sundae. I told her I understand that but they also charged me for the large cappuccino crunch. It went over her head and instead of listening to what I was saying she repeats the same thing. I was done and left. It was such a frustrating situation that didn't have to be. I didn't yell. I waited patiently. I definitely did not deserve to treated like that. The over charge was 4 dollars, not worth me staying there and trying to make my point. The two young man laughed as I left. Super disappointed with the whole experience and probably won't be...

In my opinion; My Pros: The gentlemen that had taken our order was phenomenal, extremely kind, very patient with us (cuz we couldnāt make up our minds on what we wanted lol), and seemed as if he was in good spirits and very happy!! Inside was decorated in old school memorabilia and was small but very cute & I absolutely adore and love how they kept it like older day/school diner look and feel of the place! Prices werenāt too shabby for what you get for the most part! Their Peanut Butter Milkshakes: Now that right there was a million and 1x out of this world and honestly was the best thing I had while we were there & it was more than just absolute amazing goody yummy deliciousness!!!!
In my opinion; My Cons: The Cheeseburger Quesadilla-Was good but if they would have drained the grease from meat a bit it would have been perfect! The Chicken Parmesan Melt-Honestly Iām NOT even sure where to begin with this oneā¦ā¦I tried a bite an something just didnāt taste right. So I then made my husband (whoās Italian) try it & he couldnāt even swallow it and he too thought something wasnāt right with it. I scraped off all the cheese and all the sauce and I only ate the Chicken Tenders (to which were really good all on their own...

23 years and counting, but the place has been here for 75 or more. The ice cream window is the original 50s window and the restaurant was built on in the 70s.
