I had the WORST experience here today. The Dentist does not work well with children. He lacks gentleness and patience. My 5 yr old went in to get her cavaties filled. She was terrified. Instead of talking to her and telling her whats going to happen. He rips her from my arms and puts her on the seat. Then he calls for help and the assistants hold Down my daughter. The dentist then grabs my daughters face out of frustration and holds it very firm. He places the mask on and closes her lips with his fingers. And completely covers her mouth! My daughter was terrified. I finally say.. Its not working she looked like she was going to pass out.and i don't think she can breathe. Hes says if u are uncomfortable I can stop. I say get your hands off my daughter. This is enough!!! He was rude and unprofessional. And should NOT WORK WITH CHILDREN!! When I told the manager what happened she would not acknowledge what happened and told me that if I wanted to i could take her somewhere else. Handed me her paperwork and that was it! We are both traumatized.I cannot believe how rough he was with my little girl. I would never recommend this...

Unless you got alot of time to waste. Don't go here. I've been taking my son here for many years. The dentist is great. Time management/scheduling from the office staff is a joke. My son had an 8:00 a.m. appt. and I was told he would be the first one. I specifically asked the lady 6 months ago. That I wanted the early appt., because my son being special needs-I can't have him sitting around for 6 hours. So when I signed in I noticed 2 other 8:00 a.m. appts. Before me, that was fine. They took the first 8:00 at 8:30 then there was a sister, (I told her by the time my son they get to my son it would be 9:30) I told them that I was leaving, and I wasn't interested in coming back. And question what was up with mounting people on top of each for appts. I noticed on some of the comments people were complaining about that also. I told her I have an 8:00 appt. by the time you get to my son it will be 9:30 and it will be afternoon when we get out of there. I wasn't planning on spending my whole day there. I wouldn't...
