Northern Style Mexican Mariscos. It's located within the Shell gas station complex. Though the service is slightly slow, be patient because the seafood is fresh and phenomenal. We ordered the gobernador and the smoked marlin tacos, which are the house specialty. It came with a creamy chipotle sauce. The marlin tacos or probably my favorite because of the complexity of the cheese and the smoked chopped up marlin. The gobernador is a shrimp taco with melted cheese, if you order the gobernador VIP, they add more shrimp on top.

The piece de resistance was the "King Kong," which was a towering ceviche palace of yumminess. It had fresh octopus, advocado, shrimp, scallops, conch, you name it it was there, the only thing that I would quibble with is that they use imitation crab. The King Kong presentation was and in itself a show, the server lifted a towering tube and the tower of ceviche stayed upright until we were ready to dig in. The sauce was tangy, spicy, smoky. Perfect.

To top it off, we order the camaron y pescado, which is the shrimp and fish soup. It contained fresh tilapia, shrimp, carrots, onions, and served with lime, chopped onions, and coarse corn tortillas on the side.

We left the meal extremely satisfied. Though the service was slightly slow, it was extremely attentive and accommodating. The family, which included the mom, the dad, and the daughter made sure everybody felt welcomed.

Cash Only.

If you can't tell, I'll definitely be coming back when I'm back into this part of town. I want to try the tuna soup and the...

We had a group of 9 for dinner. The server rolled her eyes when we asked if we could put another smaller table at the long table we had so that our family could sit together.

We waited a long time for our server to return to take our order. Then we waited a long time to have our food delivered. We ordered tostadas and ceviche for most us. We got our plates delivered one by one in a span of 15 minutes total before the last plate was served.

Jenny was our server. She had no personality, never smiled, and never asked how our food was or if we needed refills. In fact, we watched as several others got up to get their beer and drinks when they needed more. We asked Jenny for ketchup and she gave us a bottle with only one squeeze of ketchup left. The tapatío bottled they gave us also had only about 2 servings left in them.

The whole time we were there for dinner the surrounding tables were left with dirty dishes, and the floors were disgusting! It was obvious they had not swept up all day.

The tostadas de pescado were very good.

We will not return. If customer service and cleanliness is important to you then find a...

Tried this place on a sunday for dinner. I had the coctel de camaron y pulpo (shrimp and octopus) in a large. It was very good! Fresh shrimp and pulpo. It had the right amount of lemon juice and plenty of shrimp. My friends tried the ceviche which they loved. They also tried the aguas chiles whcih were also good and fresh. They don't carry a big variety of aguas frescas to drink, and the place was a bit messy and the floors were dirty with food but they swept the area for us. The staff/servers are friendly and check on you constantly. I recommend for a...

It's a mom and pop, hole in the wall behind the gas station, but with delicious, freshly made food. We were seated immediately, but while waiting for our food, the placed filled up. I ordered the pescado a la diabla and it was fresh and tasty! Next time, I will get their ceviche, which looks like what they are known for.
