I reached out to this business back in January of this year after following them on TikTok and Instagram and loving what they do for their candy buffets and wanted one for my up and coming wedding later this year. After a phone call and emails back and forth we sent over a $100 deposit, filled out the form and we were told we would receive a contract shortly after all that was done. This was all back in January of this year and we never received that contract. So I reach out via phone, no answer, left a voicemail, no call back, and also sent over an email. After talking it over with my fiance a few days later we decided since communication seems to be a struggle (which was kind of there in the beginning with the length of time between each email) then we were going to cancel the services which we did via email and will attach email here. Wife drove hour and a half after work, went out of her way to get some goodies for the weekend, but traffic was so bad that it started to near their closing time. I called and spoke with Alyssa to ask if they close on the dot or if they could stay open for my wife so she wouldn’t waste her trip. Alyssa confirmed that they would stay open for her, and my wife arrived at 4:59pm, parked her car, and got to the door by 5:00pm, but they were already locked and Alyssa and another worker was already walking out the door. My wife told Alyssa that I had called but she just said, “Oh sorry,” and she just got into her car and left by 5:01pm without saying another word.

Drove there recently from Orange County on a Saturday morning to pick up an online candy order for candy that I couldn’t find anywhere. While I was there, I decided to grab a few items to try making treats for the first time. The young woman working- I didn’t catch her name- was so helpful and nice, patiently answering my countless questions as a newbie. She offered a suggestion that kept me from buying a product I didn’t really need, but thought I did from tutorials I had watched.
