Tony's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Riverside

The food is decent even though they are very ungenerous with the amount of meat they provide. They put more lettuce then cheese and meat and will charge you $.25 if you get more than two hot sauces per item. However, the main reason I am giving them one star is because of their customer service. They are rude when you ask additional questions and my food was sitting on the counter for more than five minutes before they let me know it was mine and they messed up on my order. When I addressed the concern and wanted my order to be remade all of the cooks in the back around cashier at the front gave me rude looks and started talking about me right in front of me saying it is already done she needs to take it how it is. When I asked for the manager I was told the lady in the back that was giving me very disgusting luxe was the manager and did not want to talk to me. Based off of customer service I would never come back to this establishment again and it is very unfortunate because I grew up coming to their other location for many years and because the passed on management has failed they lost...

Wow do not come here! This place is horrible starting off with the service, a young guy at the register who just seems like he wants to kill himself and is very rude. We ordered at around 7 and chairs are up so we stood waiting and he didn’t give us our drink and they took 20 minutes for a few burritos and fries, then accused us of stealing someone else’s drinks when we were standing if front of him the whole time. We witnessed them microwaving beans which they should have out it’s still an hour before closing and There is also a paper on the wall that says 2 sauces per item and we only got 5 for 4 burritos 2 fries and a order of chips and they are extremely small, we get to the car and realize our 2 8iz sauces we ordered and payed for aren’t in the bag so i go back to get them and they say they need the bag?? Absolutely ridiculous please do not come here unless you wanted to be treated as a thief and wait in a dirty area just to eat microwaved food...

I could give a 5 star if They would Have Gabby make the Guacamole All Of The Time!!! When She doesn't make it it is TOO SPICY AND JUST TASTE LIKE THE CHILI'S...Makes Me Sneeze Uncontrollably!! My Favorite item at Tony's is Their Incredible Taquito's but They Are Ruined By The Guacamole When It's Too Spicy.....There is an Old Saying...You Can Add The Heat...You Can't Take It Out!!! I've come to realize I can only go in for food on Sunday's if Gabby is working and I call before I go to make Sure She's there and made the Guacamole!!
