Key Wok — Restaurant in Riviera Beach

Horrible. Just arrived, ordered at 6pm, so an hour and 45 mins later we get the food and it's cold. There's a first and last time for everything. General Tso's chicken was chewy and soggy and lukewarm by the time it arrived. Not understanding the rave reviews. Never had such bad food/bad service combination. Chose this place based on reviews alone, even though I have ordered (and been much happier) going to other local Chinese places. Do yourself a favor, order elsewhere and at least you'll be eating within the hour, not waiting an hour and 45 mins for eggrolls soggy from sitting a paper wrapper until cool, soaking up the condensation from the wrapper. Just an absolute disappointment. Most of the time I don't remember the names of the Chinese food places because quality is usually (mostly) consistent. Not this place. It has been burned into my brain as a "No-Go". Also, I was ordering for kids who really like Chinese food, and they wouldn't eat it because it was "all soggy and cold." Out $40 bucks and I still have to find something quick to make for dinner. As disappointing as...

I never write these reviews, but....... I've been coming here for close to 25 years. The website says 15 minutes for a carryout order, don't believe it. More like 40 minutes and as a special bonus there was a long hair in my food. Not sure if I'll be back any time soon. I tried Key Wok again! I am sad to say that after 25 years of great food I will no longer ever again order something from Key Wok. I ordered Szechuan chicken for dinner and not only was the whole order all sliced onion with barely any chicken, there was absolutely no flavor at all! How do you make Szechuan chicken and have no flavor............no spicy, no sweet, no hot peppers. WTH! Honestly, the duck sauce and rice had way more flavor then the main dish. I'm so disappointed that I have to find a new Chinese...

We had 2 Fried Shrimp baskets with fries and Shrimp fried rice delivered they forgot our 2 orders of Shrimp egg rolls. The fried shrimp was so hard it was burned and the fries were raw and cold. We paid almost 50.00 with a extra delivery fee. My Mother called to tell them we couldn't eat the fried shrimp it was so burned he said the food was cold because we live far but how did the fried shrimp being burned and overcooked have to do with that. The Manager said to pick the crust off the shrimp and eat the inside of the fried shrimp. Also said the excuse for the fries are a new frie that's why the are white and raw. Awful it used to be good they did not offer to replace anything. Which I knew they wouldn't. No more...
