Ok this is the worse Burger King I've ever gone to and it didn't uses to be this way. I've tried many times of day to see if I would ever get freshly made food. Everything I've gone my food was soggy and limp as if it was microwaved before handing it to me. Today for the 1st time I tried ordering g online. Simple order Fried Pickles. When I got them they were limp floppy depressed hating life ready to die oily pieces of mess. I wanted to turn back and ask for a fresh dropped batch but like my poor fried pickles I gave up hope. A couple days ago I waited 8 minutes at the 1st window. Not one car ahead of me and a line behind. I was told to go there to pay yet Noone showed up. One person runs both windows so he was also making orders. Poor guy. Maybe BK need to pay better so they'll attract a more loyal mature group of people to work there. There's ONLY 1 BK that is SUPERB. Everything I go my order is made to order totally fresh crisp delicious food all the way around and the customer service at the window is why I eat my lunch right there on site. I won't share that location because I don't want them to be overrun and end up crappy like this location. I want to enjoy them for as long as I can. It's truly laziness at the Melrose location. I really should have received a freshly fried batch of fried pickles. But I know where to go next time. To the only BK where I can truly have it my way because I'm Queen and I rule. Melrose management get it together. I'm borderline thinking to call in a health complaint I'm concerned my food may not be cooked in a clean environment Food Administration Health Dept something jeez. OK time to bury my Fried Pickles since they have fallen flat like my jokes. Death to my pickle fries(fried pickles). Read moreI had stopped eating a Burger King for over the past 4 years because the food was horrible and the atmosphere wasn't clean no mattet where i decidedto try it. Since Tuesday I have moved here to Roanoke County and I thought I would give the BK here on Melrose Ave a shot. From the start I want to say that the employee Kyle was a absolute professional, well mannered, n polite young man. I asked if I could have hot fresh onion rings and he served them right into the fryer. Explained some of the new items and thier taste to me which I bought into with the Strawberry Lemonade and Fiery Mozzarella Sticks. Kyle sir, you were not wrong, thank you. Then there was an employee named Tyreik who handed my food and made sure I didn't need any extra sauces and was also very polite and kind. I picked up that bag and walked out not realizing I still had my onion rings to wait on 🤷 I get home and realized I had for gotten them so I drove back down and as soon as I walked in Tyreik said you forgot some items and got them out of heater and handed to me. With my experience I've had to fight or just walk away when something was missed from orders in past. Now in this case and it was so very welcomed. The cooks deserve very high praise as well because this truly was the best food overall I've ate at a BK in 47 years. This will be our family BK from here out. I hope the owner truly realizes that it's not because he owns a well known franchise that I've made this review or even ate at a BK because I haven't in over 4 years. Read moreI have to say...every time I have visited this location I have had a great experience. The food was good,the staff was nice and friendly and they got you served quickly. Of course this was also during the day. But I am giving all 1 stars because tonight when I went I got my food and went home. I made the mistake of thinking the order was wrong and called and went back. When I got there I realized after we looked at everything that it was made right. And I tried to apologize, but then the woman running drive through got annoyed and a serious attitude... And then proceeded to yell across the store at What was supposed to be her cook staff, and told them that they need to remake it because she touched it. Again I tried to apologize and she ignored me. Then I noticed and heard the staff in the back not only talking about me but cursing when they did it and I'll be honest it REALLY wasn't ok. So when the woman running drive-thru finally came back to the window I started to address the issue. That's when not only were they cussing but cussing me in general and the woman running drive through who was supposed to be the manager just stood there.
