Place is a joke. And for those who seriously believe "this is good food" are sadly mistaken for the money grubbing currently happening amongst the local community. After the "snack pack" sizes that are NOT listed on their website, nor grub hubs, or any other services that one is forced to be connected to just to order. There is clearly no listing of lb/oz/ or weight per container size. So upon the hour long trip back home after ordering and having someone else pick up, a SINGLE "corn of cob" is pushing 4 bucks. NO MATTER what "I" paid for it. I was forced to go through one of the del. Pick up sites. What kind of coupon entaled that order, is beyond me. THEN to have someone hang up on you that clearly stated the whole convo, he doesnt "know anything" he just "works at night". After paying 40 bucks for rhe sorry-est and saddest chicken one has ever laid eyes upon. Looking nearly burnt, noone was given a "battered or breaded" choice as described. Assuming they are prob the samething, ours was right at burned. The "buscuit" are NOT buscuits. The doughy not cooked thoroughly nor properly ARE In FACT YEAST ROLLS. Cut to LOOK like a biscuit. Yall been fooled! Whole place has a sketchy vibe amyway. But the tail tale sign of possible sickness....is/was the LACK OF food preparation labeling. ANYONE thats worked with ANY kind of food, food bourne illnesses KNOWS you better have food safe labels with initials, DATES and prep times. Theirs has nothin. The banana pudding IS just boxed banana flavored packaged pudding. Often served to nursing homes and elementary kids. Probably contracted jail food places as well. Its not ANY part of "southern ban. Pudding". They folks hyping this place is the joke of the day. Between the LACK of common knowledge on their website for side amounts and ordering. To FEE FREE pick up orders their emp. Know nothin about but wanna get nasty about. To the sole fact, cant ANY one with any knowledge nor UNDERSTANDING of whats being reiterated in dumb down form. I dont know how else one could possibly break through to get someone, ANY one "working there" to comprehend the lack of info bet. Website. The fees or lack of between forced websites they CHOOSE to be connected through, AND the MAJOR deception amongst customers and sizing of orders, side orders, per lb,oz, whatever SO customers ARE aware and have.an understanding whether or not to order more. There are no "family side order sizes". Nor "SINGLE SERVING" SIDE ORDER SIZES. Its LESS sized. More like SAMPLE SIZED . With ZERO dayes, times or temps of preparedness of said price gouged items. $3.75 for a SINGLE piece of CORN Website states "corn on cob".

I visited Crown Fried Chicken today for the first time. Im a creature of habit and don't usually try new restaurants but tonight was not like any other. My wife and i have different tastes and we often go to multiple places for our food. Tonight i wanted chicken and she had a craving for a philly cheese steak so i went to one of our usual restaurants that have both and unfortunately they had closed early. What to do??? I asked google and BAM Crown Fried Chicken was at the top of the list. Upon arrival i was a bit skeptical but what was i to do? I could not go home empty handed and it was now 11pm so i placed my order with Chris. He was very friendly and personable and was not agitated by my 100 questions about their menu. After getting home With our food my wife and i ate and we were both amazed by the quality of the food we had got for the price. The food was hot, fresh and so delicious!!! It may have been our first visit but believe me when i say we will be back! Thank you Chris for a wonderful meal and experience. You have earned a loyal customer for life! If you love fried chicken i recommend giving Crown Fried Chicken on Melrose Avenue a try. I promise you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Chris..... I will see you...

This place does not even deserve one star the manager over there is freaking rude and does not care about his customer so I ordered a ten piece chicken from drive thru so I didn’t even get to make it home I took a piece of chicken and it was stale and cold so I made a utrun an took it back when I went inside and told the guy that the chicken taste old and that it was cold inside of treating me like a customer he got mad and started aurging with me saying that he cannot drop the fresh chicken because of his machine being to big, so I asked him for my money back he had some freaking nerve to say that I am no longer welcome at his restaurant, plus there was another customer in the store. And he was like he at a lost cause he can’t give nothing else the chucking that I brought in cause I touched the chicken like one that’s nasty 🤢 I paid for the food of course ima touch it and why would you give someone else a chicken that another customer touched, this will be the last time I step my foot in this establishment never again and I will make sure...
