Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Roanoke

My experience was horrible. I walked in the door, and immediately spotted the shift leader leaning back on the counter, texting/playing with his phone. After studying the menu and inquiring about a meal with one breast, the shift leader piped in that it didnt come with a drink. I told him I didnt care about that..that I only wanted the chicken. I ordered several items, including 2 dinners. He took my credit card and completed the transaction, handing the card back to me. After several seconds, I commented that I found it hard to believe that he was a shift leader, because of his rudeness. He asked me how he was rude to me. I told him then that after handing me my card and receipt was the time he should have said " Thank you ". He said I didnt give him a chance...all the while displaying " attitude. " He even said he was sorry my day wasnt going better. This only served to make me angry. My day was fine before I walked into this store, where the shift leader's only intent was to argue and speak over top of me, instead of worrying about what embarassment he was causing himself. Minutes went by and he was congregating over in the drive through area, and I continued to wait for my order..when 2 elderly female customers came in. Several minutes went by, and he still had not materialized to wait on them, so I leaned over the counter and said, " you have customers up front." He came over then, and said " Hello ladies, sorry about the wait..what can I get for you ? " This person also failed to inform me that it would be awhile before the mild chicken was ready. I had already waited over 5 minutes at the point when someone said it was going to be 8 more minutes. I spoke to the shift leader on why he didnt offer that information to me, and he said ( to another female cashier at the front ) " just give her her money back " ... and accused me of cussing him out. I asked him several times WHEN I cussed him out, and he kept saying I yelled at him. He then looked over at my young son and offered to let my son keep his dinner anyway. My rating would have been better if they would have gotten my MOBILE order right. I picked it up from drive thru. When I got to the speaker I said I had a mobile order for M.. They said they were working on it I said ok. It was a line of about 3-4 cars in front of me. By the time I pulled closer to the window(2 cars ahead) one of the employees came to my window with a bag of food and said Me… I said no M.. she says we can’t find you in the system. I show the receipt on my phone and it shows this location and she realizes it’s a mobile order even though I stated that at the speaker. She goes back in. I get to the window about 7-10 mins later give my name M.. again and the employee says are you sure you’re not Me.. I knew she was joking so I laughed, check to make sure my items are there and it appears to be. Get home they gave me 2 boxes of fries as well as a bag of fries(I only ordered a regular with a combo and additional regular. NOT 2 boxes. Paid for a 3 piece(the combo) and 2 ORDERS OF 6 piece ghost pepper wings and only received 1. Customer service was ok but it would have been much better if I received...

Have been to this dump 3 times and all the same, after first time I figured just bad timing and getting the last of a big batch and also over cooked. The second time was almost the same, once again I figured bad timing, chicken wasnt to bad but a little over done. Now on January 9 2016 and the third and I promise you the last time I'll ever come to this dump I asked the idiot cashier do you have any kind of specials like they do at the Popeyes in Maryland ( over one hundred visits not a single one visit as discusting as this dump) like 6 pieces for $6 or ten pieces for $10 she said no we have nothing like that but when I looked outside at the sign in front of the dump it said 9 pieces for $9.99. I ordered the 9 piece box and when I got home to eat the red beans and rice was 90% rice and almost no beans, just broth. Chicken was worse than jerky and burnt so bad that it really couldnt be chewed, one saving grace the biscuits werent burnt, This post would be a negative 5 if...
