My first time at this location and unless I'm starving and it is the only place open it will be my last. Waited at least 7 minutes inside before my order was taken. Had one trained person and one person from what I heard was her first breakfast shift. The trained person took my order. She rang up 73.20 for a 2 for $5 gravy biscuit and sausage and egg biscuit with a sweet tea. I know she accidentally hit a zero, but that's how the order started. She immediately handed me my cup which was great. She then proceeded to take the next person's order. I filled my cup with tea and walked back to the counter. As I stood patiently waiting for my food, I observed both of the front line workers filling drive through orders but not mine and by now four other customers standing behind me. After twelve minutes patiently waiting for my order, I finally had enough and asked the "new" employee where my order was. She had to ask me what I ordered because she had pulled my order ticket plus three others from the staging clip and discarded them in the trash. She did that after asking the "trained" employee, who was still working the drive through, and was told to throw them away. The "trained" employee NEVER asked me or anyone else why we were still standing at the counter after 15 minutes from placing our orders. After I received my food, which was packaged in wrong containers (I say that because it was not packaged the way every other Hardee's location i have patronized does it) I went and sat at a table. Well my order was wrong and by that time I was so upset I threw it in the trash and left. There was still people standing at the counter waiting for their food. Terrible service, terrible food (what I tasted before I threw it away) and your store was filthy. It was a beautiful morning until I walked...

I feel like y’all should train y’all managers to have great customer service because...
Read moreWent in about a month ago, ordered one of the bagged lunches and a hotdog meal for my son.. I waited over 30 minutes. It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon, they were not busy.. the girl at the register kept disappearing to avoid customers because the kitchen was being slow. There was a customer infront of me whose card wasn't working and he went away so I stepped up and was not acknowledged, but when he stepped back infront of me two minutes later he was taken care of again. I was very kind and patient, at no point did I fuss or question service.. But I waited so long that I was late for work. At that point I asked for my receipt which I was not originally given. I was handed a bagged lunch which did not contain what I ordered and my son received nothing so I had to give my food to him. No refund was offered. I reached out to corporate and got an email that they escalated to the store manager but I never heard back. Case number Case #: 256520.. I have not had this kind of experience at...
