My husband and I are elderly so we are very careful through this Covid. We love the whopper sandwich. We live in Foley but because of the uncleanliness and service of the Foley Burger King we have started going to the Robertsdale BK. We have been pleased with the service and the cleanliness although we only go to the drive thru.The last time and today we have encounted the drive thur cashier wearing a mask but not using it just letting it hang below her chin. I did asked last time why not for her and our protection use it correctly. She reply with a shoulder srug and said she did not want to, I asked her to think about it. She was a sweet person and did a good job other wise. Today we went and the same young lady was doing the same with her mask. I said hi asked still not wearing it, why? She did not respond took our credit card and got our food ready then has another person hand us our meal. They both forgot to give us our credit card until I requested it. My husband and I parked in the grocery store behind BK to eat our meal as we normally do and open our sandwich and there was no tomatoes on it. They did not inform us there would be no tomatoes on it although they did suggest cheese which we paid extra for. We drove back over to the drive Thur and ask for our tomatoes and was told they had none, she did apologize for not telling us up front but to me that was not right. Very disappointed with Burger King. There is a grocery store behind them that sells tomatoes. To us a Whopper is not a Whopper without lettuce, tomatoes, onions...

So I returned through the drive-thru the young man on the speaker doesn't seem to be able to understand what I'm saying to him so I drive up to the window hand him my receipt and my bag. He closes the window in my face. He and the manager start to have a conversation in which the young man starts to laugh uncontrollably. Definitely felt like it was at my expense they hand me the bag of food I go to leave the drive-thru and realize that they've not given me my large hash brown that I originally had so third trip to the Burger King I walk in the door and ask if I can have my hash brown. There was never a apology for messing the food up or anything. I am pretty easy-going when it comes to orders being messed up because I've done customer service all my life. However I was not well when I left this Burger King and am not sure that I will return. If you go through the drive-thru check your food make sure it's correct before...

I ordered an egg-normous burrito meal and a stack of pancakes. i pulled out of the parking lot, took a bite of my burrito and realized it was cold. that told me it had been sitting there for a while. and it wasnt sitting under a heat lamp but just on the side or something. I turned around and went back. i went inside and told them it was cold, i handed it to the young lady thinking they were going to make me a fresh one. No! I didnt know until i got back to my car and opened it that they just heated it up. They didnt just warm it up they left it in the mircrowave so long that it was uneatable. the tortilla was hard. i did not go back in.
