Placed an order with the app. Pulled in to get the order, noticed a lot of cars backed up in drive through and other cars in the car hops. Entered which slot I was in through the app, then looked over after a minute and saw on the screen there was a problem with our order. Pushed red button and they said you got to get in drive thru line we are not taking orders. I then explained I have an app order, the guy says you need to pull around to drive thru window to get it. So I did pull parallel to the drive thru beside another at drive thru thinking they would run it out there. Guy finally says no you got to get in the line. I parked walked to door to meet a very upset young girl who is acting manager. She says we told you to use drive thru. I tried to show here my order and she says to step back away from door. I'm like ok your worried about Covid-19, no problem so I held out my cell phone and she said, I don't care it's me and two others here and I don't have time. So I said ma'am my food will be cold by the time I get it and it had been almost 20 minutes so if I can't get my food can I get a refund. While I am saying this she shut the door, locks it says call this number and walks away. Short handed or not she lacks customer service. I saw where someone's other post said they got there order wrong. Yeap I was sitting beside them and watched. If Sonic brand can't manage the store, it would be better closed than open with poor service, lack of quality food the brand has been known for. Also if the app can't deliver the service then that store should not be listed in the app. In defense of the young girl, Sonic should have better trained folks to handle the face pace demand...

I understand if they donāt have certain items on the menu, but I do not appreciate the drive-thru lady catching an attitude when I try to order something that they are out of stock. I do not know what items are out of stock. They got my order wrong both times. The first time, I ordered some boneless wings and a few other things. They did not put the wings in the bag. I drove back and told the drive-thru that they had forgotten something from my order. The lady working the drive-thru was adamant that everything was there. Someone else ended up fixing my order, but they still managed to get the order wrong. I had ordered bbq but they gave me buffalo. I was disappointed but I couldnāt do anything because my lunch break was ending soon. For the second time, the lady working the drive-thru again got an attitude with me when trying to place an order for something they did not have in stock. So had to back out and in several spaces and then drive all the around. Pushed the "Red" button. Ordered milk shakes, one Sonic Blast. Then just a few seconds later,(literally my Mom, who's had a stroke, decided she wanted the long skinny things in the picture on the order board...(mozzarella sticks)...the guy said...let me pull up your order...he never came back to the speaker... So the waitress came with our shakes...the order was $12.07..She kept the change...didn't even ask...just handed me back $7.00. I waited for her to give me the change, and she asked me if I wanted my change, because her change purse was broke and she'd have to go inside for it...to me that was a lame excuse. A set up, if you will...for her to keep the money. In my opinion, that's assuming I was going to tip(which I always do), but had she given me back my .93 cents, I was going to hand her a dollar. I won't be back to Sonic. It will be worth the drive to Foley and get Culver's Fresh Frozen Custard... And they won't...
