First, when a customer walks into your restaurant, you should acknowledge them when they walk in.
My wife and I stopped for a take home meal. As we walked through the door, there was no acknowledgement. Not a huge deal. We then stood at the counter for a few minutes before anything was said to us.
During this time the two young girls behind the counter proceeded to set up 6-7 buns for an order prep. At this time, we were told there were 3 to go orders that needed to be made before they could get to us.
Ok. Again, not a huge issue. But at this point, BOTH employees began working on the orders. As a former manager in food service, my solution would have been to have one prep the orders while the other takes the current customers order and preps it.
Unfortunately, we decided to take our business elsewhere as did the gentleman behind us. Their response was "Sorry" as we took our money elsewhere. I'm guessing lack of training or management led to this debacle and should be addressed to better serve...
Read moreI applied for a job here and I also got the job, sadly I got sick and during my sickness I turned in the work note as any other employee, I was fired due to being sick, Later I found out I was lied to by both mangers as they are liars of this business, apparently I was extremely rude (idk how because I’m there to get my money and go home not start chaos) I was told by the many coworkers who still have their jobs. I would recommend not applying to this location nor the Walmart location it was a waste of my time and I hope it’s not a waste of yours. Point being, don’t hire someone and decide to start drama you never know if you might lose your job as manager. I hope karma comes cause that was RUDE.
