Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Robertsdale

I'M CHANGING MY RATING FROM 5 STARS TO ONE!!! EVERYWHERE I LOOK FOR YOUR HOURS, INCLUDING THE FRONT DOOR, IT SAYS THE ROBERTSDSLE STORE IS OPEN UNTIL 10PM! THIS A BIG FAT LIE!!!! 12 DAYS I ORDERED ONLINE, PAID AND LEFT MY HOUSE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE 9PM. THE APP SAYS MY ORDER WAS BEING WORKED ON! I ARRIVED AT 9:15PM AND THE FRONT DOOR WAS CLOSED AND LOCKED SO I WENT TO DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW WHERE THE GIRL INSIDE WAS TRYING TO WAVE ME AWAY UNTIL I HONKED MY HOEN AND ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY CLOSED AT 9PM!!!! I TOLD HER THAT I PLACED AN ORDER AND THE APP SAID AT THAT POINT IT WAS READY BUT SHE SAID THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND NEVER EVEN STARTED COOKING MY ORDER!!! I ASKED FOR PROOF OF REFUND AND SHE SEEMED ANNOYED AND HAD TO GET HER "MANAGER" WHO ACTED INCONVENIENCED AND LOOKED LIKE HE JUST WOKE UP!!! IT TOOK OVER 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT REFUND EVEN WAS POSTED!!! AND I DECIDED TO TRY AGAIN TODAY. SO BEFORE I EVEN TRUED TO PLACE AN ORDER ON CALLED WHAT I BELIEVED WAS THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE ROBERTSDALE ALABAMA LOCAL STORE AND ENDED UP TALKING TO A ROBOT UNTIL I ASKED THE BOT 4 TIMES FOR A HUMAN UNTIL SOMEONE WITH A THICK INDIAN ACCENT ANSWERED AND I ASKED ABOUT HOURS FIR MY STORE AND HE INSISTED IT WAS CLOSING AT 10PM!!! SO THIS WAS AT 7:40PM... HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 FREAKING MINS!!! I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK JUST TO ARGUE WITH THE ROBOT AGAIN AND THE NEXT LADY WITH AN EVEN THICKER INDIAN ACCENT HUNG UP ON ME!!! THE 3RD CALL WHICH BY THIS TIME WAS 9:15 AND AFTER A 10 MINUTES HOLD TIME SHE STATED NOT ONE PERSON WAS PICKING UP THE PHONE AT MY LOCAL LITTLE CAESARS!!!!! SO, YET AGAIN, I HAD A STRONG CRAVING FOR LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA AND CRAZY BREAD JUST TO BE ANGERLY DISAPPOINTED AND STILL HUNGRY AND ALL I WAS OFFERED BY YOUR FOREIGN CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES WAS "APOLOGIES FOR MY INCONVENIENCE"!!! NOT A COUPON, A SMALL DISCOUNT... NOTHING BUT USELESS PLATITUDES!!!! ITS NO WONDER WHY NONE OF MY NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS EVER GO TO YOUR STORE!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! AND GET BACK TO ME SOMEHOW EVEN AS A REPLY HERE TO EITHER INSIST THAT YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS AND EITHER STAY OPEN DURING POSTED HOURS, CHANGE POSTED HOURS TO BE MORE HONEST OR JUST TELL ME TO GO TO HELL AND YOU DONT NEED MY BUSINESS... I'D HAVE WAY MORE RESPECT FOR YOU THAT WAY, RATHER THAN ANY FURTHER FAKE PLATITUDES AND CONDESCENSION!!!

I like this location and have bought a few pizzas here. I think it closed because the employees went on strike (quit). It’s open again and I’m sure they are doing the best they can to stay open, but it needs to close for a few days of serious training. Bought two pizzas by the time I made it home the one box was dripping grease. The first pizza looked and tasted good but grease was too heavy box was soaked. (Not good for presentation or the owners wallet as the supplies are clearly getting wasted and I will explain this later.) the first pizza was missing a portion of the crust on one side and an abundance on the other. The second pizza box was not oily but the pizza was burnt and the box contained crunchy burnt bits around the pizza probably from the pan (seasoned portions falling off) when your trying to get repeat customers presentation and taking the time to put out a properly baked and cut product sells itself and failing at this simple act of paying attention costs customers. Back to cheese bread the bread was cut shallow and multiple attempts to make a straight cut. Slow down pay attention. To your product and focus on finishing all tasks correctly apologize for extended times. Once the product is consistently good focus on time. Housekeeping is reflected in the product so I’m sure there are housekeeping issues to address. I’m including pictures to help understand how bad this experience was and how much grease was in that one pizza box. I’m doing this so someday I may be able to get a cheap but good product that I usually get from the namesake. So far here that has not been the case and now it’s somehow worse. Oh I forgot to add that the bread box had at least 10 liners that were half out of the bottom and the box wouldn’t stay closed just to address the waste from rushing. I should add this place was not busy. And the items I got were hot and ready (cool and greasy and burnt) you can’t expect to keep doors open with the absolute...

Went there to get ready and hot pizzas thinking it was going to be in and out situation but it wasn't...

My boyfriend and I stood there for which seem like 10 minutes as the two men in the back didn't even acknowledge us and the cashier in the window also did not acknowledge us which I didn't even notice she was over there until the manager came inside.

I'm pretty sure the women we passed otw inside, that was outside on her phone, was the manager due to all the keys on her waist.

We had to wait until she was done with the phone call which she was still on her phone call as she walked inside. She finally acknowledged us. She asked if we ordered already and I told her no one's even said a word to us. Which in response she got off the phone.

All we were doing was getting to bestest mostest hot and ready pizzas and the breadsticks for my boyfriend's birthday on December 14th. I can tell you I'll probably never go back to that Little Caesars.

I work in food industry and you are at least supposed to acknowledge people when they're standing there and it can even be like hey I'll be with you in a moment or someone will be with you in a moment but no nothing that's just 100% bad...
